About 2cweeks waiting, falling and sending many documents but finally I got a mail that the rules of their bank not allowed to open account for a foreigner. . There was no problem about my documents, after that I opened the account by Sparkasse, with no problem. Wasting my time and leaving me in a shok and just saying that was a mistake, just throw out or remove all paper and mails.. shameful!

Nothing to do with a terrible destructive service

For 15-20 days ago I wanted to open a giro account by the bank, after that tried to do identification process by more than 2_3 hours video call and maybe more than 20 times meeting at post, but every times they said there could not do it. I contacted customer service, that said there was no problem with documents, but the agents at post or during video call said so i had to ask themselves (costumer service) to complete the procees. I enjoyed the this høj level of respect . I gave up opening the account . Nothing more to do with this bank, but now I understand the reason of the cheap service of the bank.

es tut mir leid, dass der Kontoeröffnungsprozess nicht zu deiner Zufriedenheit verlaufen ist.

Clear a 10 euro stealing by an apparently big company.

Got a sim card for 3 weeks ago, so many times trying to activate it by the app or via any shopping center or any address, where the app showed me, but nothing , all said it was not related to them. They also refused to get the card back and did not refund the paid money. Absolutely shameful. Clear a 10 euro stealing by an apparently big company. Shameful!
