Driver was very friendly
Driver was very friendly, however one bottle was broken during transport as he told me, but the responsibility to complain and request refunding at the supplier was given to me as receiver without any written confirmation that the damage occurred during transport. Not sure if you report this directly to the supplier, however you could consider a kind of written confirmation to receivers when goods get damaged as a future service
