Bought a Novy induction Hob 18 months ago one half failed called customer service eventually an engineer came a week later and said no idea what to do then changed to ordering new parts which will not arrive to after Xmas no offer of a portable replacement.
Really disappointed with the whole service and would never recommend

We have had shutter Envy supply and fit shutters throughout our property from the start Mark and his team carried out the work and aftercare for the shutters their care and perfection was first rate and thoroughly recommend their work and have had friends using them as well .

Visited Fosse Park Branch today and purchased two Recliners we were looked after extremely well by Abbas nothing was to much trouble no hard sell at all very knowledgeable about the product and service , delivery etc ,what to expect ,and when , also was offered coffee which was a nice gesture Thankyou

A little disappointed with one of the trees not sure it’s going to make it but the other is good for the price
