Bought novy recirculating unit. Didn’t come with the filter even tho website indicated the unit as was was recirculating.Kitchen installers have found it a nightmare to install. We’ve found it a nightmare to get all the right parts. Wouldn’t recommend.

The most important to me was the reduced noice.

The installation was done perfectly.
The system works as should. It effectively sucks away the cooking fumes.
The 2 improvements I would suggest is to allow remote control via your phone and digital/remote control of ventilation tower.

Zero service! They promised to call back, never got a call back

Looks great, easy to use, works well together and is easy to clean.

I recently contacted Novy customer service about a paint blistering and peeling issue on one of the grease filters on my Novy Panorama downdraft hob. From start to finish, the experience was genuinely impressive.

Dominik (Consumer Care Advisor) responded quickly to each of my emails, asked sensible questions to identify the correct parts, and arranged free-of-charge replacement filters under warranty without any fuss or pushback. The whole matter was resolved in just a couple of days, with replacements dispatched and on their way within the week.

Dominik was professional, polite, and a credit to Novy throughout. Exactly the level of after-sales care you’d hope for from a premium brand.

Highly recommended.

easy to use, easy cleaning

It work very good with the two motors. The sound of the engines is also quite load. It is easy to change the filters.
The selection of the power is also easy and visual with the green leds

I choosed this model ( unknown to me before I made the research) for it's powerful succion, high silence and compacity. The aspect is very modern and easy to keep clean. But, it is important to aknowledge that if you have a problem it is mandatory to have a certificate of instalation by a professional, plus your invoice+++ Hopefully I had both and my strange problem ( probably electronic ??) of dysfunction is to be solved

For our new kitchen we 've chosen Novy again.
In our privious home our Novy worked fluently for 13 years

Nice design and very functional products

Very pleased with the design, also easy to operate and clean. The remote control comes in very handy.

The cooking experience is excellent. However the air extraction system is not working efficiently and makes to many noise. The airflow is disturbed easily and you need to run the airflow on almost max constantly.

Perfect exhaust fan, keeps the kitchen and house free of cooking odeurs.
The fan noise is also very acceptable and easy to operate

The ordered device has nicely been delivered in time.
It looks good and does (sofar, as we have it installed for a few weeks) what is needs to do.

Good equipment, easy to use, clean look.

Bought a Novy induction Hob 18 months ago one half failed called customer service eventually an engineer came a week later and said no idea what to do then changed to ordering new parts which will not arrive to after Xmas no offer of a portable replacement.
Really disappointed with the whole service and would never recommend
