Website refused to accept any of my details though I tried for several days. I phoned and a lovely helpful lady called Tendai sorted me out, she had to check we cd have a twin room not a double bed and upgraded our tickets. Very professional and reassuring.

Very good products. Would have given 5 stars but last order I was sent only a part order with an explanation and then the rest of the order followed a few days later. Convenient and ideal for older people with a smaller appetite. I always add my own vegetables to the meals.
