I had a really positive experience with the AA technician who came out to help me with my car. He was extremely helpful, kind and polite from start to finish. He carried out all the reasonable checks, took the time to properly investigate the problem, and managed to find the fault.

He explained everything clearly and made sure I was able to get home safely. I really appreciated how professional, friendly and reassuring he was throughout the whole experience.

Overall, I’m extremely happy with the service I received and would definitely recommend him. A real credit to the AA — thank you for all your help!

Joseph came earlier than expected and showed his expertise. He installed AA spare tyre. He drove from Motorway to my residence behind my vehicle.
He fixed the puncture tyre at my car park and installed it.
He knew his job and did it in a short time.

He talked us through what he was doing and gave us options for solutions on where to be taken and how to manage the problem. It was very reassuring to have him follow us to the garage. Professional and supportive to us both. Concern for my husband. So appreciated.

The response from the AA was very quick (Luc arrived only about 20 minutes from reporting, which is the fastest time I've ever experienced), he was friendly and knowledgeable, resolved my issue within a couple of minutes. Thumbs up!

Broke down at 12.15 pm Fist visit from the AA was about 45 min then the fist breakdown truck came six hours later truck was to small for my vehicle, so called another one that came at 1.30pm that all so was to small for my camper and trailer so they had to bring another one to take my bike that was on the trailer which came at 4.20 finally got home only 50 miles from home 7.30 am total time 19 hours not happy at all with that service updates were terrible.
