Every thing went smoothly..from pick up..the driver was polite..lovely at Southport..Hotel was exceptable..surprised going to Chester, good shopping..home safely 👍

Originally there was a problem finding us a suitable twin room, but after phoning they promised to try to sort it and would ring us back. This Booking did after the hotel had been contacted and everything was then totally straightforward and we were delighted.
Excellent service, above and beyond.

Just Go staff were very helpful and understanding and a lot of patience when we were booking. I tried on line and got into difficulty. Rang their number and got a very helpful member of staff who helped enormously, so much quicker than doing it on line.

Needing a single room, the hotel was contacted and they released a double for sole use.

Re booking my latest holiday by phone was convenient, simple , and completed in 15 minutes

Tony, the coach driver was a 'gem'. Excellent driver, informative and very helpful. A great asset to the company. The hotel, staff, food and entertainment were also very good. Whilst the t&c's does advise that pickup points can be changed, the change to ours was financially costly and very disruptive especially on the return journey which dropped us back at midnight to an 'empty' town. There are numerous pickup point choices but in reality the company can change them for 'operational reasons' as they wish without compensating their clients if within 10 miles from the original p.u.p. not from the clients home. I would not have booked the tour if the amended p.u.p. had been our nearest option. For that reason we would not feel confident to book again with JustGo. Such a shame as everything else was so very good.

Holiday was brilliant, driver Gwen absolutely great. Hotel very pleasant with lovely staff and great food.
Only criticism was long journey home. Left hotel at 9am on Thursday and didn't get home till 5am on Friday

Great hotel and driver. But the journey there and back was a nightmare. Far too late to be arriving in town especially on your own.

Agent extremely helpful, explained each step of the booking process which could not have been easier.
