Scam I’ve avoid at all costs. Air con as supposedly been in transit since 4th July, not responding to communications, emails, absolutely scam. Thankfully I used my credit card, so I’m able to claim my money back, but don’t fall for this companies scams.

I would avoid this garage. Came in for two new front tires, and front wheel alignment. After they finished I begun to drive and the car was pulling to the left. Rang first and was told to bring it back, and was also told their machine was out of calibration. Was advised that the rear needed doing, but offered to do it foc on this occasion which was nice. Begun to drive home and the car was crabbing, and as I was going over drain covers, little bumps in the road the rear of the car was skipping. Couldn't be bothered to turn round again, and face all the traffic in Yeovil especially as being there for two hours as it is, so decided to take it to an alternative garage. They advised AT&S Yeovil had "completely f***ed* my camber and alignments. Showed me on the screen the results, absolutely shocking. Raised a complaint, and they've only refunded me the front alignment, and won't reimburse me for the additional costs because apparently "the caster and camber settings were already out", my vehicle never felt how it did until after they touched it, so is just lies to get out paying, but how can they make this judgment from a machine, that was advised to a customer, of being out of calibration and by the results of their work, was extremely out.

I would go elsewhere for tire replacements and alignment, unless you want them to lie when they know they've done wrong.

Went through the quote process, and read the terms and conditions. Turns out when you vehicle gets to a certain milage you pay a silly percetnage towards parts, as much as 50% which, compared to the warranty product I've gone with now, I pay 0 excess, and milage & does not change anything as long as its less than 10 years old or 120k at policy start date.

Turns out this company will constantly call you, I think in the past three days I've had 20 missed calls with them, even though I answered on one of the occasions and told the advisor I was not interested but they still continue to call me so I have now blocked both the two different numbers they're calling me from.

Please bloody stop it.

Personally the worst car warranty company I’ve dealt with. Emailed them enquiring into something that needs replacing on my car, three weeks on still waiting for a response. Imagine if your car was not drivable, and you were waiting that long, to even begin a claim with them. You’ve then got to wait 30-days for an actual pay out. Personally I feel they’re a load of rubbish, and there is a lot more better companies out there that will deal with your claims very promptly and have better payout systems. Save your money, and go elsewhere.

Avoid this garage they’ve gone into administration, sold me a faulty car, haven’t cleared the finance and completely screwed me over. Avoid!

Don't use Evri for international parcels, absolute joke

Avoid credit builder loan. You won't get your money back. I closed mine on Sunday, its now Wednesday and still haven't received the funds.

P.S- To those of who moaned about being charged for the hired car. If Easi-Drive provide you with a hired car out of there own curiosity based of the information you provide then over the telephone and then on a later date find out that you were at fault they are perfectly in titled to charge you the full hired car amount plus any costs as the third parties aren’t going to pay something that isn’t there customers fault.
