SCAM..ordered 2 air con conditioners and never received them.

It was great for avery one for home clean and the house will be done by the same time to you and your life and your family it good service.

This company does not exist it's conning people out of there money, me including. Its a SCAM!

Total scam, I ordered an item and received a notification the next day that the item had been shipped, great I thought. Two months later the item still hasn’t arrived, the tracking link I have been given is awkward to get too and when you eventually get there it just says “Not (Yet) Found”.
I have chased up where the order is, to be told that it is stuck in US customs, I’m in the UK and the tracking I’ve been given is for a Netherland postal company.
When you send an email you get very quick, generic responses which are most likely automated with some sort of AI used.
I have requested a refund, which Cendre Home have agreed too but I’ve not received any money back.
I have logged this as fraud with my credit card company.
If you take my advice, don’t buy anything from this company, if you do make sure you use a credit card so you have protection on orders over £100.

100% scam company & you'll be pleased to know they have shut down their site. Read all the bad reviews but I still ordered on cc knowing I was covered regardless. As expected everything was as everyone was saying, fake tracking, I contacted the couriers direct who knew nothing about the order. Sara is a bot, Zipchat was the service they us. I did a chargeback after the courier confirmed it's a fake tracking ID, but decided to play the game & keep messaging about where my order is. Kept getting the same generic messages each time, despite sending emojis & no text, they still said the same. Up until yesterday they were still telling me it's on its way despite being refunded over 2 werks ago. A real company would know this & the order would've been cancelled. So 100% confirmed they are scammers & strangely enough their site is now closed. Shopify are also a disgrace allowing this 'company' to keep selling on their site despite being informed they're scammers! Anyone buying anything online from a company you don't trust 100% please take note, ALWAYS PAY BY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD

How can this be allowed to be fronted as a company in the USA. Total Scam 3 separate orders for fan through google pay who obviously allow any thieves to use them. False tracking numbers then after a month or so false delivery shown on tracking, even one had another tracking number for someone else's delivery. Instant contact (another red flag no one answers that quick} from Sara the so called contact person, false Amiability & helpfulness. Probably run by some OCG, Cartel or foreign Government. Keep away unless you like giving away funds to Thieves. Lost about £360.

Scam, big scam. No update on item, nothing just a Sara girl replying who has drafts saved already and sends standard responses.

Really sad people and a way of life. Gives a bad name to online shopping. I ask Shopify do something about this asap.

Bought something from them via Instagram -130 euro down the drain, huge mistake. They present you good TrustPilot reviews which are FAKE; they have a Sara girl answering your emails to ask where the heck is your ventilator, she replies in a friendly, caring give just to suddenly stop replying. These people are PRO SCAMMERS. What a a Sad life.

Complete con, no estimated arrival date, AI bot commenting back on the emails and will not provide me with a refund, therefore I have had to go via the bank the bank to try and get my £250 back 😭
Should have checked really, as the reviews on the top of the website do not match and their comments are off on Instagram!!
Really disappointed.

Bought an air conditioner on 1st July and it’s still not been received, I’ve asked for a refund but they have refused. They say it’s being held at customs but I feel like they are a scam company as you get no information sent. They must be taking it in scamming everyone!

Extremely disappointing experience

I ordered a portable air conditioner from Cendre Home on 9 July 2026, paying £193.80. The order was originally expected to arrive by 24 July, but it never arrived.

When I contacted Cendre, I was told the order had been dispatched from their US warehouse and was apparently stuck awaiting customs clearance. I was repeatedly asked to be patient despite the delivery date having already passed.

I eventually decided that I no longer wanted the order and requested a full refund.

On 7 August, Cendre confirmed in writing that my cancellation and refund request had been escalated to their support team. I am now writing this review on 14 August, and I STILL have not received my £193.80 refund.

I have also had to raise a dispute with my bank to try to recover my money.

I understand that shipping and customs delays can happen, but what has really disappointed me is the lack of resolution once I requested my money back. I shouldn’t have to repeatedly chase a company for a refund for an item I never received.

At this point, I would simply like my £193.80 returned.

I would strongly recommend doing your research and considering the potential delivery and refund issues before ordering.

Scam! Do not buy anything!

Absolutely shocking, item never turned up. Contacted them, got a reply stating it was on it's way and new delayed time. Still not arrived after 5 weeks, got my credit card to refund my money. AVOID at all costs, total scam.

Complete SCAM. Ordered an air conditioner on 7th July. My tracking number does not work on courier website. Cendrehome.com claim it's in customs, which is untrue. BS.
Shop elsewhere, initiated credit card dispute.

Scam site, orderded an AC unit provided with fake tracking so went through creditcard to retrieve money.
No response to emails etc.
please don't waste your time, shopify should remove the website as they're hosting fraudsters
