Purchased air conditioner, which has never got delivered, tried contacting them no response.

Looks like I have been scammed. I'll be claiming back my money through my credit card company

Another fraudulent company. They take your money but lie about dispatching the goods because they don't have them. I had a notification on 8th July telling me my air con unit had been despatched but there was no tracking. I emailed them after 10 days and I got a reply 3 days later telling me they were very busy and would dispatch it asap. I queried the fact that they notified me 2 weeks earlier telling me it had been dispatched already and now they're ignoring me. I hope they go bust!

Do not buy from this company! Simple. They took £370 from me then they cancelled my order the day after. Still no refund and they ignore my emails. Going through my bank to get my money back. Utter dodgy.

Chasing an order that was placed on the 10th of July and had no response from customer services.

3 weeks and nothing do not buy from this company!!! They dont reply to emails had to start a charge back!!!

Ordered a portable ‘air con’ unit. Received a glorified cheap plastic fan, with no clear instructions where to place the 3 cooling sachets which presumably have to be inserted. This is a cooling fan, not an AC unit.
Paid £71, for something worth around £10-15. Scam !!!!

Same as everyone else, ordered an air conditioner, never turned up, got a generic email when I tried to get in contact, getting a refund through American Express now but takes a while.

Regarding the air-conditioning unit sold on their website, is a complete lie, is an air cooling unit, in which can put water, but not an air conditioning unit, I will try to return it, i will see how that will go.

Did not send the product. It has been 10 days and if has not even been shipped.

Delivery now a week overdue, still not dispatched from CHINA, after misleading that items were in Netherlands. No answers from non existent customer service. Liars and Scammers.

I ordered an Aircon unit on the 2nd of July and up until 2 days ago I had no updates on shipping, and like many I also thought I had been scammed.

But since Friday I have had regular updates and it's been progressing through the sort facility and has now arrived at the airport in China. So hopefully it really is on the way.

I hope this gives some of you hope, and I will report back when/if it arrives

Everything fits perfectly and looks very nice the fabric feels super nice and premium too. though shipping took time.

Scam on the portable air conditioner sale - but could be on other products as well. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Do not buy on debit card or bank transfer, use credit card - but even then i wouldn't bother - it is clearly a scam. Report to cc company, report to bank, report to action fraud and to Shopify.

Avoid this company. It presents itself as a European seller with quick delivery, but the order was only ever marked as shipped, with tracking that shows a label was created and nothing handed to the carrier.

The route is China to the UK, and weeks later nothing has arrived. When I asked for a refund I was refused and given excuses about shipping volume, even though the carrier's own records show the goods were never dispatched.

The other reviews here describe exactly the same pattern, so this is clearly not a one-off.

I have raised it with my card provider to get my money back, and I would strongly advise others not to order.

Outrageously fraudulent company. Fake reviews, fake customer service and tracking.

Placed an order for an Air Con on 3rdJuly. £196.00. Looking at other reviews,I suspect this is a scam. It is supposed to be moving through the system with no updates on delivery. The money went out to an address in Altrincham, it said Royal Mail delivery. It then marked it as 'attempted delivery' after a day. When I looked at tracking it was coming from China, so it is deceptive at the least. The tracking numbers don't pan out. The Royal Mail says not recognised. I have now had to go through the hassle of starting a claim through Barclaycard. All I can say is I am glad I used that method to pay. I can't believe I was taken in. If it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is. I was desperate. Everyone has run out,I found this on a google search.

I really dont know where to start ,firstly I could legitimately win the lottery and I would think it a scam,so how the hell did i let this company scam me out of £499.80p for 3 air con units that really dont exist,I've been a complete utter mess since I purchased these on the 9th of july,the tracking has never changed, it says still in china,the emails are ignored,there's no proper telephone number,I can't believe I let this happen,luckily I have had to do a charge back with my bank,but these vile people prey on people like me,who are just honest trying to get by,I vow I will make sure this never happens to me again,please do not purchase from this company it is a fake SCAMMING COMPANY,
