Exactly the same.
Bought a unit in June. Told it would arrive inb6 days. Then absolutely nothing. Web page disappeared.
No reply to emails etc.
Now there is a JenyTool site selling the same units.
Lost my money so be careful.

This company is a SCAM store on SHOP. The support email address doesn't work, telephone numbers are scam numbers.
Shop and even PayPal enable these companies.
If you have been effected by this company in the UK please report them and any company enabling this, such as Shop and PayPal to 'Report Fraud'...search and you will find it, or via Which magazine online.
I haven't received my item 22 days later, PayPal make it difficult to get your money back as they side with the trading companies...Shop is a front for con artists, with a few good ones...they have done nothing..."we can not take any actions against any storefront on our system" Can't or won't?

I ordered an air conditioning unit from this ‘company’. Total scam - they take your money, send an email to confirm your order and you don’t hear another word from them. Telephone number doesn’t exist, and no response to emails.
I will be so much more careful when ordering anything online in future.

Scammed. Wish id read the reviews here before buying air con unit. Luckily I used Klarna pay in 3...who have paused adfitional payments and I will hopefully get refunded my first payment.
No reply from Ted tool at all. Shameful

How on earth are these crooks still trading, why haven’t they been shut down?
They are being enabled by Shopify who were not interested in the information I gave them to prove that this ‘company’ are scammers.
Spent literally hours trying to get my money back through my bank, plus loads of stress.
Will never buy without checking reviews again!
They are taking advantage of the desperate need for air con in this weather, don’t fall for it, you will just get much hotter!

Lots dodgy website careful, if u find cheap price ,stop buying, check the company house for registration

Scam. Ordered two air con units. E mail address is a Muslim name and has no response. Telephone number doesn’t work. Address is fake. I’ve just lost £380!! Awful people. Need to be charged for theft

Total Scam, stay away from this ‘company’. Their address is a house and their email and telephone number are fake. These unscrupulous thieves need to be stopped. I suspect they are running under other company names also. Be careful out there.

Fake sellers and business..Once ordered all contact stops.They end sales adverts and delete contact address etc Scam BEWARE..Using Vpn so actually in England
