This company is a SCAM store on SHOP. The support email address doesn't work, telephone numbers are scam numbers.
Shop and even PayPal enable these companies.
If you have been effected by this company in the UK please report them and any company enabling this, such as Shop and PayPal to 'Report Fraud'...search and you will find it, or via Which magazine online.
I haven't received my item 22 days later, PayPal make it difficult to get your money back as they side with the trading companies...Shop is a front for con artists, with a few good ones...they have done nothing..."we can not take any actions against any storefront on our system" Can't or won't?

The CryoGlow mask we ordered didn't work, so we had to send it back, but as soon as they received it back, they sent out a replacement which does work.
Customer service was outstanding, I had a zoom meet with one of Sharks representatives, so they could see the fault that came up on the screen when I pressed the power on button, it was a manufacturing fault. It was rather disappointing at the time, but the replacement seems to be working fine.
Time will tell as to whether the mask does anything, it has its work cut out...

In response to your reply my order number is 82093561. I have been trying to contact you, but it's impossible as chat not available and calld unavailable, call back not possible,, customer service is disgusting...you have my order status as the same since last Wednesday...if i had known you were rubbish i wouldn't have used you...I have no controlled drugs and suffer withdrawal symptoms...pathetic company...Waste of time. Had my prescription a week now...told me 1 item would be delayed, yet that's been sent before my heart and pain medication that hasn't been delayed...now I have to use 111 to get an emergency supply.

Paid for the transfers up front...taxi collected us from the airport in Crete, but failed to show up for the transfer back to the airport at the end of the holiday. Had ordered a 9 seater as was the only one available for our dates, and the number of passengers. It ended up costing us an extra €60 for two taxis to get us to the airport on time.
It's a disgrace, and GetTransfers.com have done nothing. I should at the very least get my money back for the extra costs incurred.

Will never use this company again and definitely can not recommend it to anyone else. I will go back to using one of the well known companies for transfers in the future...

Ripped me off by about £450 and the brochure said the resort we were going to in Crete had all sorts of entertainment. There was no entertainment for adults, no dancing, no live music, no karaoke, no nothing.
Pools closed at 6pm and it wasn't what I, or fellow travellers would call 'All inclusive' the on site shop charged extortionate prices for drinks, you had to pay for, to put in the fridge in your room.
Meals were basically the same every day, so had to go out the complex to eat. There weren't any fruit juices available at breakfast, no coffee at lunch or dinner, the same with ice cream. Yes you could get coffee in the bar across the road, but hey! Its a Resort...it's in Gouves and called Gouves waterpark Resort. The area is dead and mess. The beach, such as it was, was overcrowded. No showers to wash the sand off your feet either.

All inclusive should be All inclusive, and there should be a set standard, across Europe at least.

The first 3 days were terrible as Hays messed up the rooms, too long to write it all on here.
Wouldn't trust Hays with my holiday again, simple...

I was was skeptical at first, I thought you would have to pay for discount codes, but you don't. It really is great, not been a member for long as never trusted sites like this before.
I have used two discount codes already, on things I was going to get anyway, so dived in head first and am so pleased I did, 20% off one item and 15% off sportswear, on top of sale items too, it saved me about £22 all together.

Absolutely brilliant, not got a bad thing to say about it.
