Excellent customer service, no hassle whatsoever when new part needed, delivered within few hours

Product review: Shark Steam & Scrub Mop DOES NOT SCRUB.
Don't be fooled by the name. It sweeps the steam/water around, no different to one would do with a regular mop.

In addition, it's designed to bounce off the walls/items it comes across, and does it so abruptly that it is difficult to actually clean along the skirting boards/corners.

I am 82 and have had a life’s experience of vacuum cleaners, for the last 15 years using GTech. The Shark power detect is the most difficult to use and to put together of any cleaner I have ever owned. All the weight is in the hand so no good for any frail or arthritic person.
I am fairly strong for my age but have struggled to get the battery in and out and to manoeuvre it with one hand. I would not swop it for my easy to push about Gtech which although it has some issues with dust emptying is so easy to use. The weight is on the floor not in the hand. I will use it for the crevice tool but not for everyday cleaning.

Fair price for a great product, quick delivery and the product works perfectly, as advertised.

3 days later I received my first response and was asked to provide photos which I did immediately.

3 days later I asked for an update and was asked to provide photos...

I explained I had done that 3 days ago...

No response....

Best company I use tbh. I bought a stain remover and it was faulty straight away with no quibbles replacement part sent to me. I’ve used shark ninja for years & have so many devices now that I feel comfortable leaving this review & all I can say is try them for yourself. Great communication, great customer service & fantastic products

I adore Ninja and have several items for beauty and kitchen. Recently bought the ninja creami deluxe and it is fabulous, especially in this hot weather! Easy and cheap way to make delicious ice creams!

Carefully packed and delivered on time

No response from customer service. Had 2 chill pills that were not fit for purpose. Waiting for refund for ages, cannot get any response and when I do, they obviously didn’t read my message and keep messing my name non stop. Such a bad experience with product and customer service.

Wand on my hoover had broken, contacted Shark customer service and it was swiftly replaced under warranty. I would highly recommend Shark.

Ordered the Shark power detect clean & empty cordless pet vacuum cleaner. Then less than a month into having it, it started to cut out. So we called up to speak to customer services, who were then saying we'll have to be without our hoover for 3 - 5 days, and not willing to do a straight swap like we previously did. The service on the customer service call was shocking, acting like they care, when really they don't. Such a shame and disappointment from the service we received.

Destroyer of floors. Had shark hard floor cleaner for over a year now and it's completely destroyed the look of our lovely home. Thinking it's been cleaning our tile floor when all it's actually been doing in ingrained dirt so deep out entire floor through whole house is one disgusting off white colour while the one room we mop is still original white. These products are worse than awful as cost you money. They don't clean in the slightest just push dirt and grime in to your floor so it can never come out. I do believe that the shark hard floor cleaner is actually a scam. It's never worked and never would

Best hoovers on the market. Wish I had some of there ninja products too!
