Just renewed my Onestream (Cuckoo 150) for 24 months.
Noticed that my broadband speed is quite varialble. Sometimes 90 Mbps or less (wired connection). OK at other times. Used to be reliably 150Mbps.
Customer support just suggest rebooting my router. I have noticed that rebooting my ONT sometimes improves issues.

Having been supplied with a sub standard incorrect part from another supplier it was great to recieve the correct decent quality item from 3waycomponents.

Scott and Barry did a great job clearing a blocked drain. Discussed the problem/ solution and made sure all was sorted before leaving. Great service

Purchased an engine crane from SGS who used AIT for next day delivery.
AIT kept me up to date with delivery times and tracking. Polite pleasant 2 man delivery team. On time arrival of package. Very good service.

Ordered Portwest S816 Orkney Padded Coveralls. Arrived quickly with tracked delivery. Unfortunately too large. Gave them a call and all sorted quickly. Ordered a size smaller and all good. The overalls are great. Just been out in -1 C and all toasty. Great product and great service.

Have been using P2U app for some time since Lloyds closed. The app is truly rubbish. Not only do you have to trawl through unnecessary pages to place you NHS order but once you have done that the app frequently crashes with with "an error has occurred" Don't believe their advertising, it is not that easy to order you repeat prescriptions with P2U

Correct genuine part at a good price.
Let down by EVRI who failed to deliver next day as I had paid for.

Good selection of parts and auto electrical supplies. Easy to navigate website and very fast order processing and delivery.

Had a small issue with the wrong colour heater being delivered. However Georgia had everything sorted within a day at no inconvenience to myself. Great customer service.

Had the drive belt I needed for an old rotovator. Good price with free shipping and arrived next day.

Ended up with Pharmacy2U after being transferred from lloyds.
I use them for my repeat meds. This is my 3rd order which my GP says they have not received.
God help you if you need to contact these people.
I will be going back to requesting repeat prescriptions from the GP.

Hired an impact wrench. Picked up from depot. Great friendly service.

Just recieved an email from British Gas saying that I have an overdue bill. This is dispite them never having sent me a bill.
I have spent hours on the phone to them trying to sort out an on-line account and have been told on each occation that it would be sorted (will not accept my email to register).
They say that if I don't pay within a given time period they will charge me £13.
If could claim £13 for every time I have tried to sort this out with them I would have enough for a nice week away.
So currently I cannot view the account. They are not sending me bills but somehow its all my fault
This is my late mothers account. I havent used them as my supplier for years due to previous poor customer service.

Well delivered course. Dan delivered the course in an engaging and entertaining manner whilst still highlighting the important safety issues. Certainly gives you food for thought.

Received an email from UPS telling me that my parcel had been delivered. Members of my family were at home all day and no attempt was made by UPS to deliver any parcel to my address.
The "proof" of delivery is as good as useless as it has no signature and no picture to substantiate any attempted or successful delivery. It also says that the driver "Met customer" which is a blatant lie.

A very expensive way to obtain documents that are readily available from the official government website for a fraction of the cost that these people are charging.
Avoid!

The store has recently closed half of its manned checkouts. This means you now have to self checkout a trolley load of shopping or join a long queue.
This morning half of the trolley self checkouts were out of order. The one I used failed to recognise every other item I put through meaning that I had to get store approval for every other item - this took ages as only one staff member in the area. When I finally managed to get everything scanned I scanned my Clubcard double points voucher it told me it was not valid. Its is valid until11/9/22.
Rubbish experience.

Expecting a parcel to be delivered to my preferred access point but since last week it continually gets returned to the depot (if in fact it ever leaves) and tracking says "delayed for one business day". no other explanation.

Purchased a cistern fill valve from these clowns and they sent an alternative (different type) to the one listed on the website. I was hoping to use parts from the new one to avoid removing the cistern completely so the alternative was of no use to me. Spent a week exchanging e-mails with them asking for various pictures of what they had sent me and pictures of the unit they sent together with the old unit. (what that had to do with anything I don't know)
Eventually agreed that I could return the valve but they only provided a partial refund even though they had sent something other than what I had ordered.
Reviewing other feedback this seems to be their normal mode of operation.
The Consumer Rights Act (Sale of goods act) means nothing to this company.

Ordered a recycling bin online for store pickup. No problem with online order or pickup. However once unpacked the bin was found to be dented. So now going to have to return to the store to get a replacement or refund. Should have been suspicious of the packaging which did look like it had been resealed.
I guess its buyer beware and unpack and check items before leaving the store.
