Good to know that I don’t have to search around for good deals on ink. Support on hand if needed. However I would like to have a spare cartridge (just in case!) but it has been a long time since that has happened.

Parcel delivered within the given timeframe. However door bell rung and parcel left on ground in front of door. I answered the door immediately but driver had already gone - the parcel was heavy and difficult for me to lift from the ground, would have been better if he could have waited for me to answer the door and given the parcel to me - I am OAP and may need to reconsider this delivery method.

Our small store carries a good range of food stuff but all the other household items, cards etc. take up space that could make the choice of groceries and fresh food greater. Availability of products is not good, one cannot assume that what you want is going to be on the shelves.

I like the fact that we have a local store in the town centre, albeit a fairly small supermarket. However latterly there are an increasing number of empty shelves and one can no longer just pop in anticipating that they will have what you want. Becoming increasingly frustrating and leading me to shop elsewhere.

The delivery was 1 hour later than expected, which caused a lot of inconvenience and stress on the part of the person who had waited in to accept delivery.
No explanation or update about the delay. Shoddy service and then told the parcel was at the back door, it was in fact at the front door.

Ordered on line to be delivered to a store, as I needed petite fitting. Delivery was very quick and sizing as anticipated. Seasalt are the only company I am happy to order clothes on line and know they will be true to size.
