Great store, fast postage and products were well wrapped. Highly recommend and yes, I am a first time customer and I will be a returning customer.

The other reviewer giving the company one star due to her colour that"did nothing" has nothing to do with the store itself. That is with the reviewer. There are many reasons why her colour didn't take on her hair and it would.d be 100% her fault, not the store, so it's very unfair to give a great store a bad review. No I am not affiliated with Beserk at all.

Wish I could give zero stars to this disgusting company. Missing parcels, parcels sitting in the back of delivery vans for weeks, damaged parcels, parcels thrown from the road to your front yard or over your fence... attempted delivery.... ha, there's been no attempted delivery at all.
When you send an email, and another, and another, you finally get a reply and it's the tracking number is wrong even though it's the one they gave you. Sigh.....
The company is rubbish.
The delivery service and time is rubbish.
Customer communication is rubbish.
Location of depot, well you have more luck finding Noah's Ark than this imile depot.
Avoid at all cost if you can.

I have been a customer of Pierceoff since 2016. They have a great range of body jewellery. Staff are fantastic and if there is any problem, they will fix it straight away. Highly recommend this store !
