Ordering was straightforward, delivery was great & packaging was really good too. Delivered in biodegradable wool/polythene which keeps the contents perfectly frozen. I can always rely on the quality of whatever I have bought, be it meat/fish/pies & it tastes good too.

The telephone service with CareGo was excellent & advised us that the mobile scooter order for my husband would be unpacked when delivered. But the driver would not park on my drive saying he wouldn't be long & opened the package, took a photo & left. The mobile scooter was too heavy for me to lift out of the box & I couldn't tear the box as it was needed in case of the necessity to return. I had to drag the box into a garage & wait a couple of days for one of my sons to come & help me. The mobile scooter is excellent.
