I purchased a cabinet which when it arrived was too big. The returns process was painful, and when I received my refund for the return I had been charged £59.99 for the return, having been quoted £49.99 which was bad enough!

We were having a new kitchen and required a new sink.
We came across this site and found the ideal sink.
The quality was excellent...exceeded our expectations and item was packaged really well with care.delivery was as stated and kept updated on the progress of my order.
No need to contact them as we were 100% happy with everything.
Would use again if we need anything in the future.

I placed an order with Tap Warehouse on the 27th August I think it was, but a certain courier service starting with 'E' lost my parcel.... Again. So I rang TW and spoke to one woman who said she'd raise it with them however I'm assuming that she got no reply as I didn't hear back the next day, which was fine as trying to contact them is humanely impossible! I rang TW again the next day as my order was now a week late and the tracking on the 'E' app hadn't moved for 5 days. In steps the wonderful Chloe Brown! She sorted everything on the phone and replaced my order and had it sent out that same day! She was SO helpful and I can't praise her professionalism highly enough! I asked for a change of courier if possible which she was more than happy to do. I then received several follow up emails to inform me about my new order and the next day delivery and my order arrived this afternoon, not even 24hrs later! Chloe is an absolute asset to TW and was so lovely. I'd had some really bad news about my beautiful dog and she couldn't have been nicer. It's so nice to deal with somebody understanding and actually VERY good at her job, nothing was too much trouble for her. So if you're thinking of ordering from Tap Warehouse, just do it!

Excellent delivery time and a good product. Fits well and easy to fit once I'd discovered the release button. Unless I missed it might be an an idea to have it on the instructions.

The delivery arrived fine by the second attempt( DPD at fault) but I installed on the Friday of a bank holiday due to the delayed delivery. When I switched the water on I had a leak (only a weep but from both connectors of one of the joints to the filter tails. I disconnected then reseated the tails from the filter, but no charge. I couldn’t report it until the following Tuesday sadly. I spoke to a Customer Care assistant and explained where it was leaking from and sent a photo, as requested. They said they’d talk to the Manufacturer. They wrote to me again on Thursday and asked for clarification on where it was leaking - almost a week after it had been fitted and started leaking. I asked for a replacement joint - today is Friday and no further response or joint. This is very disappointing given the previous reviews and of course that my contract for supply is with the Tap Warehouse, not the manufacturer according to Consumer Protection Law. Luckily the leak has slowed more so is barely weeping but I’m not able to recommend them for their Customer Service or delivery and gave three stars only for the price.

Very, very fast delivery of a new sink, which was extremely well packaged too. Very satisfied with Tap Warehouse.... a well made product supplied quickly.
