i am 1st time buyer, bought this Sink from Tap Warehouse, i did mention on my order please handle it with care, once i open the order its arrived corner damaged, they took over 2 days to reply, i had no choice to put the sink on with corner damaged, as it would cost me more to recall a plumber, i have sent phots of the damage, asking for some good wheel gesture, not full balance, the answer i had you put the sink on. really dissipated with the customer serviced.

Everything as expected and arrived promptly.

Ordered it one day here the next very happy with the service mind you postage was £7 for next day delivery

First the cost of the taps, very good and good value. The day I ordered them I got an email the same day telling me when they where coming, 5to6days which was fine no problem with that because I had to arrange a plumber, 2days later the taps arrived, 5 star for that very good, no problems. Told the plumber and he was very happy with that and told me when he eas coming,

Purchased a tap from tap warehouse . The plumber installed it and it was very flimsy the top has no weight too it and when the water is on the tap moves with the pressure of the water . Nothing can be done to tighten it , an issue that couldn’t be foreseen before installation. For any help with it tap warehouse would like the rap returnees as I’m not a plumber I can’t get it off my sink and am out of pocket £100 putting it on so it’s going to have to stay there untill I can afford a better taps and to take that off. Avoid buying the butler and rose traditional tap . It’s flimsy and not fit for purpose Youl and up needing it replaced .

Good description online - as I'm not in the habit of buying taps this gave me confidence to order.
Arrived quickly, well packed and undamaged although delivery company gave no indication of it arriving. Tap looks good in situe and works well!

Payed for a weekend end delivery which didnt happen even thou in 2 emails said it would,did refund the difference in delivery cost straight away thou.When did arrive was damaged,arranged replacement straight away and at time of review was due less than 48hrs after first delivery.

Brushed stainless steel tap - actually brushed stainless steel effect tap. It did say this well down the page, and I daresay I should have looked more closely, but a somewhat misleading initial description. Simple returns procedure.

Ordered a tap stating it had a 25 yr warranty. Received a tap with a 3yr warranty. Tap looked identical so accepted it as plumber arrived to fit it. Sent a complaint to Tap Warehouse re discrepancy in warranty. Reply received stated couldnt do anything about it at the authors level. Need to amend website as inaccurate advertising. Needs referring to Trading Standards.

Item was exactly as described and appears very good quality also it was dispatched and delivered very quickly

It is a lovely tap to look at but the problem for me is its too high and splashes all over the back of the sink!
