Uinsure don't treat their long-standing customers at all well. They send out renewal quotes that aren't at all competitive and so you have to spend half and hour on the phone every time but the worst thing is your admin fee of £48 that is clearly non negotiable and that amount to more than a quarter of the overall cost, which I feel is totally wrong and so I plan to move all of our policies elsewhere when I have the time.

We have made two orders from your company and on both occasions the items have been faulty. Once is forgiveable but twice in a matter of weeks isn't. You'd thin someone would have checked the second order going out to a customer who has had a bad experience before its sent but no, that didn't happen and we got another damaged item and that's very, very poor and had to go through all of the trouble, time and stress to return them.

I spoke to Gareth and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and very quickly dealt with my request by emailing me everything I needed to be able to help my client this week,thank you!

We ordered a new tele via Curry's website and within a few days it arrived on time and was as good as we'd hoped. These days we often find arranging anything can be problematic and things rarely go smoothly but from looking onto Curry's website to receiving the delivery everything has gone really well and so well done Curry's, you've done well!

We recently stayed at Pentyak in Harlyn Bay for a week, which we'd booked through Perfect Stays. Wow, what a place, Perfect Stays provided us with the most Perfect Stay!! They helped us to choose Pentyak in Harlyn Bay after listening to what we were looking for from a holiday in Cornwall, there was three generations of us and a well behaved dog. They had also provided recommendations to us of local places to eat and details of all of the awesome local beaches. On the day we arrived we received a call to make sure we were ok and also received another call along the same lines during the week, which was really appreciated. Pentyak is the most fantastic house, perfect for all of us and so modern and so comfortable, with the most amazing views over Harlyn Bay. The outside area and garden was superb too and to top it all off we had glorious sunshine every day except for just one. We hadn't stayed in this area before, we've often stayed a bit further up the North Cornwall coast but this is our new, favorite area, its absolutely fantastic and had everything we needed and wanted within just a few miles. We can't wait to go back and can't thank Perfect Stays enough for providing such a wonderful place to be on holiday :-)

This is the 2nd time that I've dealt with Barclays Bank for Buy To Let mortgages and I can't really believe we went back to them after the first terrible experience. I've spent 2 hours on hold on over 10 occasions, trying desperately to speak to someone about why they have sat on problems with the purchase of a problem. You could ring them up, go and watch a football match, have a couple of pints after and come home to find your phone is still on hold with the same terrible music. They don't reply to emails and only send documents in the 2nd class post. Two separate solicitors have told me that they've never known such bad service and they've never been messed around so badly. We went back a 2nd time because their mortgage rates were very good, but I'd rather pay double than ever use them again. There's not enough room on here to list what went wrong but we will never, ever, EVER use them again!

We have just had a fantastic week at Trevose in Widemoth Bay! Its the 2nd time we've stayed in this property and it won't be the last :-). Trevose is a superb beach house with everything you could need for a wonderful holiday. The views of the beach, sea and sunsets are incredible, Trevose is literally right above the sand dunes and so you're on the beach in less than a minute. Widemouth Bay is a great place to go for a beach holiday and it was wall to wall sunshine while we were there, which made the stay even better. Trevose is very comfortable and the decking off the living room is amazing, we can't wait to stay there again! Beach Retreats have been brilliant from the beginning when we were booking the property right up until after we left, helping to arrange an anniversary card that had gone missing. Its the little things that count as much as the big things, thank you Beach Retreats!

Omaze are doing a great thing, raising money for charity, its a good thing :)

Wow, we've recently stayed at Overcombe in Bigbury on Sea and we think it's the best place we've ever stayed in the UK! We're a little bit reluctant to provide this review as we'd like to keep it a secret :-)
As soon as we walked through the door we could tell it was going to be a special place. Its a wonderfully comfortable place to spend time away with friends and family with superb bedrooms and a huge, fantastic sitting room with incredible views over to Bantham. The most amazing part of this house is at the other end to the bedrooms where you'll walk into the most amazing room, a kitchen, living, diner which is superb and provides the most awesome views of Burgh Island, the beaches, the sea and much much more. To top it off there's a fantastic wrap around deck and fantastic garden too, providing many sun loungers and different sitting out areas where you can enjoy the stunning views. Thank you so much to the owner for letting this property out, its incredible and top marks to Perfect Stays, the gardeners, cleaners and every else responsible for this property, its awesome!
