We've just got the keys to a house we've bought with the help of Smartmove Homes in Ripley, Derbyshire. The team there have been brilliant and so helpful and professional. Alex and Katie in particular have kept us informed every step of the way and they've been the best estate agents by a mile, that we've dealt with over years and we'll certainly go back to them again for help the next time we need it. A great service from start to finish from Brightstar. On too many occasions these days you're let down by people but Brightstar were great from start to finish, thank you!!

We were looking for something a bit different for a Christmas present for our son and we received an email from Red Letter Days with some great ideas on it. There was such a wide range of choice for so many different great things and we ended up booking a 'Double Supercar Driving Thrill'. It'll be a great experience for him to drive two amazing cars and it was so easy to book and at such a great price too. We'll look forward to seeing his face on Christmas Day after Santa has been :-)

The ladies over in Nova Scotia have been very helpful in helping me to renew our car insurances and they were a pleasure to speak to, thank you :)

It's so easy for a company to say sorry isn't it, particularly when they say it without any real sincerity. Powerhouse Fitness won't ever realize how frustrating it is when they don't respond to emails, even email replies to an email that they originally sent. They don't care how frustrating it is when you ring them 20 times, leaving messages asking for help and they don't ring you back. They don't realize how frustrating it is when you finally, after 2 weeks, get to speak to the department you need and someone says they can help but they need to look into things and promise to ring you back after half an hour and then you have to chase them up 5 hours later because they didn't ring you back. Finally, for this particular review, when they say they'll finally send a replacement bike out to you on the following Tuesday, they won't realize how frustrating it is when you take a whole day off work to wait in for it and it DOESN'T ARRIVE!!!!! I had a feeling it wouldn't appear and I was right. I've been right about this company all along, helpful in the shop when you're buying something but TOTALLY USELESS EVER SINCE AND A COMPLETE SHAMBLES OF A SITUATION THAT IS NEARLY INTO ITS 3RD WEEK!!

We bought a fitness bike from Powerhouse Fitness in Nottingham that was delivered on Thursday 22nd November. We put it together but there's something very wrong with it and so I rang the store the following day. I was passed between the store and their 'head office' and finally got to speak to someone to tell them that the bike wasn't working at all properly. They sent an email on Friday 3rd November to say someone would be in touch and we've not head a thing since. I've sent a couple reply emails to the email I'd received and no one has even bothered to reply to that. It's a terrible service, no one seems to give a toss. This was supposed to be a treat for the whole family and yet none of us have been able to use the bike and it's now just collecting dust and nobody at Powerhouse Fitness cares less. Don't buy anything from them :(

We were a little bit disappointed by the air cooler to be honest. It perhaps blows out cool air at best but certainly not cold air. A free standing fan produces approx the same results in our opinion

Vauxhall Pentagon Mansfield are an utter disgrace!! Our son turned 17 in October 2016 and we bought him a Corsa from this garage after being met with smiles and promises of a great after sales service. We bought a 'service pack' and extra warranty but have had nothing but problems ever since and found that nothing is covered by anything at all! The staff have gone from smiling people, promising everything to rude, condescending people who couldn't care less. The car wouldn't start and yet they tell us we've got to get it to them for them to look at it. On another occasion we had a 'recall' on the car but they didn't tell us what it was. We took the car in and all they wanted to do was tell us that it needed new this that and the other and didn't even mention the recall. I don't think there was even a recall, it seemed to be an excuse to get the car back and then quote ridiculously high prices for tyres and brakes, which we ended up getting done at a local, reliable, friendly garage. I would never use this garage again, they've broken every promise and totally let a 17 year old down with his first car. Terrible, terrible, TERRIBLE service by these rude people
