Item arrived on time and nicely packaged. The waterproof jacket is comfortable and light to wear . Good colour too.
Would prefer Royal Mail deliveries to Everi as although it was delivered correctly this time often it isnt. Overall very happy with my purchase Thanks

The staff always take time with customers and are knowledgeable about products. They don't encourage you to purchase, just to make a sale. They're more interested in your comfort and satisfaction.

My order came quickly, and I was very pleased with my item, definitely order again.

Awful experience. Purchased a faulty paddle board online. They told me to take it back to store. Told them I didn’t have the means to get it to a store. 6 weeks later they agreed to sort a return … via me taking it to a post office. Again I said I had no means to get it to a post office. Was told someone would contact me the next day with postal pick up details. Now 1 week later still nothing. Absolute joke of a company. Mostly dealing with AI. Limited humans to talk to. This company is a joke. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Products Are cheap and faulty.

Staff did brilliantly and served with smiles on their faces and professionalism even though their jobs are coming to an end with another high street store closing.

Been trying for weeks to get a response that’s not copy and paste from customer services email. I bought a shelter from Aberdeen store before it closed. The shelter has holes straight out of bag. They have told me to travel on a 300 mile round trip for 6 hours to get it looked at. As I have told them this is significantly inconvenient. Yet they refuse to provide a postal resolution. I believe they are breaking the consumer rights act. I can’t get them to respond. Hours waiting on phone. Round in circles with emails. I would advise not to buy anything as they are not interested when it goes wrong.

The copy and paste response beggers belief. This is the same contact advice where I have been going round in circles for months. If you really mean it put ne in contact with an actual person with a direct line and email, who will help and not just copy and paste.

Ordered item on next day delivery last Thursday (27th August) and it hasn’t been delivered yet 8th September. Sent a customer request from their website on sept 1st, no response yet. Terrible customer service.

The product broke within 20 mins of using it. I have emailed them twice and not had any reply. Paid extra for next day delivery which did not arrive to the day after that. Was not going to pay to send back so took back to nearest shop still waiting for refund!!!!!! Would never buy from them again
