The driver did not knock on my door for the delivery. Parcel was just left at the front door. I was in as working from home and he had to get by my car to get to the door. Poor service.

Arrived for my appointment and met by friendly staff. Had my pretest eye examination and offered to have further scans done on my eyes for a nominal fee. This was explained in detail without any pressure.
The ophthalmologist was nice, friendly and very professional, she explained the results from my pretest scans and what this could mean in the future. My eye test was completed and I was referred to the retail staff to get my new prescription and to pay for my test.
