Placed an order, but was informed that they weren't happy with the quality of the rose I had ordered, so refunded me.
I then received an updated call to say they had found a better specimen, and we re did the order.
Very polite on the phone. I will look again at using them.

RAC. Been with em for years, after trying less prominent/ supposedly cheaper alternatives.
Usually pretty fast. Likely to be quicker if on busy roads etc.
Understood the issue straight away.
Tried to fix, and then offer alternatives ongoing.
Very good.

I wish Ebay would stop messing around.
They have now introduced...
...'buyer protection fee' which automatically adds costs on to your listing price.
... 'Simple postage Pricing' - which forces sellers to use only 2 types of postage - again priced by ebay, likely making a %.
... Postage is no longer P&P - therefore no longer takes in to account the costs for packaging etc
It should be a great system - that is being killed from the inside out.

Excellent service all round.
Matthew Bear ( and also previously Katherine) provided polite and understanding service, making the process comfortable and easy to achieve.
The option of a face to face, or phone appointment - no feeling of rushing at all, and happy to answer all questions asked, with professionalism. With the right information at hand you can quite easily complete this daunting process in one call; and a call is fine - there is no real need for a face to face appointment, such is the quality of the service.
I couldn't recommend this service more highly; excellent at every step of the way.

Ordered Polish currency online - easy-ish to order, and to pick up at the airport.
The problem always seems to be with the buy back.
Even though I had the two buy back numbers on the email - on the last 2 occasions I have had this the person has not been able to find the details, and has had to do a manual override; somewhat disconcerting.
The desk was also shut when we arrived back - so had to wait 40 minutes to get service.

Lovely server Jajuan, and the young Lady that bought out our food - both polite and excellent.
Good recommendation for Beer from Jajuan; Cheese burger, and Neighbourhood burger - Good food, Great Service.
