A great shipping service, though the handling and consolidation fees have gone through the roof lately.

Pros: always had good experience with their customer service, reliable for US releases. I have used them for years, but probably not for much longer.

Cons: packaging of shipments is abysmal, a simple cardboard wrap that offers no protection. Since switching from Royal Mail to Evri as their delivery service, this is even worse since Evri somehow seem to back a truck over every parcel. I've had so many damaged deliveries that it would probably be cheaper/safer to use Amazon US and my own forwarder. Getting a replacement is a huge hassle also, being asked to return the damaged item at my cost.

Stackry are very reliable and their customer service is responsive and always exceptionally helpful. I've had over a hundred shipments from them, all excellent.

Atrocious. Orders cancelled, reward points lost, shippimg costs increased in the interim. Arrow since being bought by THG is little better than a scam website.

Ordered directly as other sites received no stock. Applied a discount with points but this was not added to my cart so I was charged in full.

Stackry have exceptional and diligent customer service, recently I had an issue with a vendor who forgot to ship an item. Stackry carefully provided me with a wealth of information allowing me to show the vendor their mistake. I've shipped close to 100 parcels with Stackry and wouldn't use anyone else

Found an out of print blu-ray title that was going for stupid money on ebay and Amazon, for a reasonable price and quick shipping.

Helpful, pleasant and Mick fixed the problem in double quick time.

Driver didn't have the full details so called to make sure he was at right address

Neither courier booked turned up to collect my items. When contacting MusicMagpie I received the same robo-reply three times, including one which misspelled my name, and didn't resolve the issue. Don't advise using them.

Hunting for a specific shirt type and colour was proving difficult. Slater's had exactly what I wanted, well-priced, excellent quality and next day delivery. Will definitely use again!

On the whole, OK. However items scanned correctly and sent in good faith were refused.

Generally good - shipping times aren't the best, and occasionally their packaging of steelbooks is inadequate and leads to damage. But overall a good retailer I use a lot.

Zavvi are a good seller, my only real problem with them is the payment options - no way to change a card on an order after placement, if it expires or is cancelled. As a lot of their exclusives sell out this isn't ideal, though they are pretty good about emailing if the payment won't go through.

Very pleased and would use again.
