Your prices are insane and every other shipping company is about half the price. And you still charge GST based on USD instead of the local price that it would actually cost. Rip off company.
The service is efficient and timely.
From 5 stars to 1 star
The quality of service at Stackry has declined for some reason. My shipment was shown by the carrier as delivered, but it took almost a full day for Stackry to send a confirmation of the receipt.
Once the packages appeared in my account and I entered the item information, I expected to be able to consolidate them as I have done in the past. Instead, the consolidation option was not available, and I had to go into each individual package and request repackaging first. Each for a separate fee. Although the repackaging was requested early in the morning almost 24 hours later I still have not received confirmation that it has been completed, nor have I been given the opportunity to consolidate the packages and arrange shipment to Canada.
I was specifically trying to have these packages shipped promptly before the new tariffs take effect in Canada. I have now also received notice that Stackry will be closed for the next few days in observance of the Labour Day holiday, which is of course understandable. However, given the delays, the additional repackaging steps and fees, and the fact that I still cannot consolidate and ship my packages, I am disappointed with the level of service compared with my previous experience with Stackry. My previous experiences were 5 star excellent down to 1 star. I regret they lowered the bar.

Great comanpy
Great comanpy! Very easy to use and great/fast customer support. Until next time!
Handled perfectly.
Was highly concerned about a delicate and fragile item shipped from the US to AU, their repackaging service was immaculate and my item arrived extremely well bubbled wrapped.
Price was also WAY better than other sources.
Well done, and thank you!

I waited until my final two packages…
I waited until my final two packages were physically collected from Stackry before writing this because, by the end of my experience, I simply wanted my merchandise safely out of their possession.
What started as a routine photo request turned into one of the worst freight-forwarding experiences I have ever had.
Stackry opened a brand-new, factory-sealed $850 Apple iPhone 17 after I requested a photograph of the back of the device. Nobody contacted me to say the factory seals would need to be broken. Nobody asked for authorization. They simply opened it.
Stackry later confirmed that the phone was opened specifically because of their interpretation of my photo request. The original outer factory pull tabs were subsequently confirmed missing.
I was left with an opened product that I had purchased factory sealed and had to absorb the consequences myself.
When I complained, the situation became progressively worse.
At one stage Stackry had approximately $6,000 worth of my merchandise in its warehouse while a Security review was carried out. I provided the government-issued identification I had and eventually managed to get my larger consolidated shipment processed.
Stackry then decided to terminate the business relationship while two additional phones worth more than $3,000 were still sitting in its warehouse.
They temporarily restored access so I could remove those two phones, but specifically refused to let me consolidate them into one box. I was instructed to ship them individually.
So I paid for two separate USPS shipments and sent both phones to address. NIGHTMARE!
Only after USPS physically collected both packages did I feel comfortable considering my dealings with Stackry finished. I ALSO SAW SIMILAR REVIEWS POSTED HERE.
Throughout this ordeal I sought senior management review, including attention from publicly listed Owner/Founder Leonard V. Braudis and General Manager Erin Wilcox.
What bothers me most is not simply that somebody made an error. It is how the company responded afterward.
A warehouse employee could have sent one message:
“This product is factory sealed. Do you authorize us to open it to take the photograph?”
That never happened.
Instead, I spent days arguing over the meaning of the word “device,” dealing with missing original packaging, security verification, account restrictions and additional shipping expenses just to recover my remaining property.
I would never entrust expensive factory-sealed electronics to Stackry again. I'll never use their service again! NIGHTMARE!
If you do use them, document absolutely everything and explicitly write that factory seals and original packaging must not be disturbed.
STAY AWAY. A genuine nightmare with expensive electronics and zero accountability.
I would strongly advise anyone shipping expensive electronics to think twice before using Stackry. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had with any company.
Stackry opened my BRAND NEW, FACTORY SEALED $799 Apple iPhone 17 after I purchased a photo request and wrote: “Please take a photo of the back of the device. I need to be certain that this is a brand new phone.”
I NEVER told them to break the factory seals.
Nobody contacted me to ask: “This phone is sealed. Do we have permission to open it?”
They simply opened it.
Stackry later admitted in writing that sealed Apple phones are normally left sealed and that they opened mine specifically because they interpreted the word “device” as permission to access the actual phone.
Even worse, when I later demanded my original Apple pull tabs, Stackry inspected the box and confirmed that the two outer factory pull tabs were GONE. They had not even kept the pieces of my original packaging after opening it.
I was left with an opened product that I had purchased factory sealed for a customer. I now have to absorb that loss and purchase another sealed phone myself.
Their response? A $27 Stackry credit.
When I said I did not accept $27 as compensation, they actually REMOVED the credit.
Then things became even more disturbing.
I escalated the complaint to senior management. Immediately afterward, Stackry informed me that a “Security review” had been initiated. Their own email specifically stated that this happened following my escalation.
At one point Stackry had approximately $5,000 USD worth of my merchandise in its warehouse.
They demanded two government issued IDs PLUS photographs of me holding each ID next to my face. I only possess one government issued ID and offered alternative verification such as a utility bill or bank statement.
After hours of chasing them for answers while thousands of dollars of my merchandise sat in their warehouse, I eventually provided the government ID I had.
They later decided to close my account.
At that point Stackry STILL had two additional phones belonging to me worth more than $2,000 USD.
They temporarily reopened my account solely so I could remove those two existing packages, but then specifically instructed me to ship EACH PHONE SEPARATELY and told me “do not consolidate.”
This is a company whose entire business model promotes consolidation to save customers money, yet they refused to put TWO PHONES into ONE outbound box.
There was no carrier restriction preventing it. They simply refused.
I eventually stopped arguing.
I paid to ship both phones separately via USPS to ANOTHER U.S. freight forwarder. I waited until USPS physically picked up both packages before writing this review because, after everything that happened, I wanted my property safely out of Stackry’s possession first.
That alone should tell you how bad this experience became.
I repeatedly requested senior management involvement and specifically raised the matter with Stackry’s publicly listed Owner/Founder, Leonard V. Braudis, and General Manager, Erin Wilcox.
What should have been incredibly simple became a complete horror story:
Stackry opened my factory sealed $799 phone without asking permission to break the seals.
The original outer factory pull tabs disappeared.
They refused replacement or meaningful compensation.
They offered $27 and later removed it when I rejected it.
A Security review began after I escalated my complaint.
Thousands of dollars of my merchandise became tied up in the situation.
My account was eventually closed.
They refused even one final consolidation of two phones, forcing me to pay to move them separately to another freight forwarder.
I have used freight forwarders for years and have never experienced anything remotely like this.
The worst part was not even the original mistake. A company can make a mistake.
It was the complete refusal to accept any meaningful responsibility afterward.
If Stackry had simply said, “We should have asked before breaking the factory seal,” this could have been handled completely differently.
Instead, they spent days arguing about the word “device.”
If you are shipping expensive phones, electronics, collectibles, luxury goods, or anything where factory seals and original packaging matter, PLEASE read other reviews carefully before trusting this company with your property.
I would never use Stackry again.
Great jpb. Thank you.
Informed immediately package received. Easy to use website, and good walk thru to complete your shipment.
Recommended shipper
Always a smooth process to ship with you. Grateful for your service :)
High Shipping costs
Shipping costs still seem especially high. Also I am being charged when a sender uses the address incorrectly which seems unnecessarily harsh against the user when I wasn’t the one responsible for the incorrect address.
