Quick appointment, fast and efficient, elliot did a great job

Dyno plumbing have just completed clearing a blockage in our downstairs wash basin. The job proved to be more complicated than envisaged but Gary W was brilliant and kept on going until he'd resolved the problem. He was cheerful, professional and we can't recommend him enough. We score him a clear 10 out of 10. Thanks Gary.

Ryan was brilliant. Sorted a difficult job without fuss. Very good neighbours as we needed access to their space.

My call was handled superbly without fuss and an Engineer booked and arrived within the hour to resolve the problem. Simon our engineer was the consumate professional and a nice fella as well. Jed was very professional and a good job done

After a bit of a misunderstanding of our situation when the visit was booked (which caused a delay)we had a repair completed by the very lovely Joel. Sorted us out in no time.

Very quick response. Charming, polite engineer. Quickly got to the problem, and cleaned up well after. Highly recommend.

ISAAC attended and was extremely polite and professional. He was thorough and explained as he was troubleshooting to eliminate possible causes of the blockage. Completed job and found solution, am satisfied.

The plumber who came out refused to even attempt the repair to the waste outlet because I have a toilet type he’s not worked on before, and isn’t allowed to touch it. Nobody currently in the team has experience of it so I’m stuck with a toilet leaking waste water when flushed. Prior Dyno plumbers have worked on this toilet so I’m shocked to be refused service Am- even though I explained what toilet the fault was on. How utterly disappointing.

Nick was very professional and ensured everything was working properly before he left.

Called out to my mother who has dementia and lives on her own, came within 30 mins. Fixed the problem and due to it being very simple job in the end put a discount on cost for her.
Kept in touch before and after so could be sure all was well whilst not being there myself.

Ian was very good at his job,he identified the problem and cleaned the shower drainage,and left wet room clean and tidy.

This is the second time we’ve used dyno-rod and both times have been great.
Chris was super friendly and efficient. It’s absolutely worth the money for peace of mind as no likes a blocked smelly drain.

Sorted our problem with a smart bit of detective work and as it turned out it was my neighbours property that had the blockage. All done and dusted within an hour of the phone call. Thanks for everything.

If there were an option to give less than half a star, I would, because in my experience Dyno-Rod does not deserve even that.

I did not receive the service I expected due to the company's lack of clarity regarding its pricing. Throughout this process, I encountered poor communication, a lack of understanding among staff regarding your own procedures, and inconsistent information being provided by different representatives.

My experience has been extremely disappointing. I feel that my time was wasted due to what appeared to be repeated attempts to confuse me about the actual cost of the service. I was quoted different amounts by various call handlers, including £195.50 and £198.50, and was then advised that additional hourly charges could apply at the engineer's discretion. To make matters worse, I later received a call stating that I would need to pay an additional £100 if the engineer was unable to complete the work within the first hour.

This inconsistency left me with little confidence in the service being offered. I waited in good faith, expecting a realistic and reasonably priced service, only to receive nothing in return other than frustration, wasted time, and the loss of a day's income.

Overall, my experience with Dyno-Rod has been extremely poor, and I am very disappointed with the way this matter was handled. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.

Quick service, plenty of communication. Peter had the problem diagnosed quickly, got to work and sorted it and cleaned up afterwards. Lots of information at every step, and he pointed out the issue that had caused the blockage. Brilliant service, I'm very happy.

Charles came promptly in the morning. He located the leak behind our toilet, explained the problem clearly and fixed it quickly and efficiently. He was friendly and polite throughout.

I chose Dyno plumbing because I have had work done before through British Gas & always been happy. The pump to my shower had failed the engineer fitted new pump & also new thermostat to the shower excellent job very efficient. Will definitely use Dyno again

Wayne atteneded my propery nice and early this morning with the biggest smile and bubbly personality. He got straight to it and talked me through all what he was doing. He showed me the trap he installed as my issue is with a little rat friend trying to get into my property through the drains. He showed me how it worked and gave great peace if mind. What a lovely lovely guy. Thanks to the team in the office also who were lovely to speak to and arranged my appointment so swiftly. 5* service.
