Superb shoes and excellent service.
The shoes arrived on time, there were plenty options to communicate with Slater if needs be. There was no need.
The shoes were of a very high quality and a gorgeous design.
I would highly recommend Slater for high quality shoes and a great service.
My grandson was absolutely delighted with them they complimented his prom suit perfectly.

At present our store point-of-sale system is not directly compatible with our online platform. As a result we currently sell store gift cards that can only be used within our stores, and an e-voucher that can only be used online.

Excellent experience. I bought a 3 piece suit, the sales person could not have been more helpful.
This was from the Leeds store. The sales person (Scottish chap) measured me up, suggested some different styles and we eventually found the perfect suit.
He then organised a few adjustments, and I picked the suit up a few weeks later. Perfect.

Super Service
Popped in for some work shirts and walked out with a new tartan suit (had always wanted one).
Neil was superb, no fuss, offering options and the chap who I forget his name (apologies) was up front on what an alteration to the jacket would look like (could have said yes I can do but as it was a tartan suit there were implications on the pattern).
Young girl upstairs at the shoe bit was nice and friendly and so was the young lad at the till (was up for a bit of fun when I asked how much for cash - twice).
Exactly the experience I was looking for, the right place for me for sure

We were shopping for my partners wedding suit
We were shopping for my partners wedding suit in the Newcastle branch, a you woman called Holly approached us straight away and we decided on the first suit recommended, she was friendly, professional and honest, the usual professional reflection we have always had from Slaters. We collected the altered suit today, approached a young man on the floor to help as we believed the waist coat was a little tight, he was busy with another customer and told us he would be 5 mins, after 15 minutes we saw Holly and were really pleased, her advise on the fit was perfect, thank goodness, this may have not been a glorious review if Holly had been there, so good on you, you made our experience very special, give that girl a raise!
