Avoid - poor product and poor customer service
The planter I bought didn't come with any instructions so I had to guess how it went together
The pieces didn't fit together well at all, and it took a couple of hours to get together. I had to chisel out sections of wood to get parts to fit. The baseboard had been provided misaligned and with nails sticking out
When i reported this back to them, they offered me 10% off a future purchase, which is pretty poor. They also couldn't provide any instructions right away
I would have returned it in a heartbeat if I could have, but I would have had to spend a small fortune on a courier
Much better products out there for the money, and superior customer service

Excellent customer service and lovely planters
We ordered several black aluminium planters from this company. Although the packaging was very good, a few arrived with some dents and scratches, which was not helped by the courier’s handling of the delivery.
Yvonne in Customer Services could not have been more helpful. She arranged for the damaged planters to be replaced or exchanged promptly and kept everything straightforward throughout.
We are very pleased with the planters and would happily recommend this company.

Great quality and service.
The wide range of planters available made it difficult to decide just what to buy. However I eventually settled on one of the zinc galvanized planters. The rose gold is beautiful and it will fit nicely by the front door. I also appreciated the sale discounted price which was a great help as these planters are quite expensive. The quality was very impressive and the weight is considerable which hopefully will put anyone off from walking off with the planter. It looks fabulous! Delivery was very quick and arrived without any dents as it was extremely well packaged. Can’t recommend this supplier enough for quality, service, price and speedy delivery.

The planters were really good quality…
The planters were really good quality and could be bought in a variety of sizes and finishes.
I noticed that a previous customer had had problems with the courier, as did we. I had notification of the day of delivery, so was intending to stay in, then, on the day, was told that they hadn’t received my parcel.

Galvanised planters
I am very pleased with my planters they are exactly as I expected. The corner of one has a slight dint which I think may have happened in transit. I have put the damaged end towards the back of the wall so it can’t really be seen. I am very happy to recommend the product.

Tall black galvanised steel planters
Excellent product. I bought two. Looks like it does in the pictures. Delivered well packed and protected. The driver offered to take them right into my garden for me.
The inserts are great as I’m just planting grasses in them so I don’t really need the depth of compost. If the inserts aren’t used for this, they are of the same high quality as the trough and could be used independently as extra long planters. Ordering was easy and they arrived within a few days. I would highly recommend this company and product.

Absolutely stunning metal planters
I ordered two 100cm x 40cm x 40cm copper planters and two 75cm x 35cm x 35cm planters, and I couldn't be happier with them. They arrived well packaged and are of excellent quality, so much so that I've already placed an order for two more today!
There was a small hiccup with the delivery when DHL only delivered part of the order. However, I contacted Planters.co.uk and received an immediate response with a helpful update. The missing planter arrived the very next day.
Fantastic products, great customer service, and a company I would happily recommend.
