I ordered 7 doors and all 7 had to be resupplied because of transit damage. No edge protection is fitted to the doors just thin plastic sheet so very easily damaged. To Express Doors credit there was never any argument over replacing the doors.

Ordering was simple and a massive range, delivery very prompt, product looks good quality but still to fit.

My 2 front wheels were repaired after being "scuffed" on curbs. Technician Paul Davenport carried out the repair and was polite and courteous throughout. The repair was excellent and the wheels are now as new. The communications throughout has been faultless with numerous texts confirming timings etc.

Our first Dyson Absolute developed a fault 11 months after purchase, on contacting Dyson they first said they would supply a new motor module but they had none in stock due to Covid 19, a couple of days later the machine stopped working all together so Dyson sent a brand new replacement.
