Great service . Next day delivery. One did arrive damaged and within 5 mins of me mailing them I received an email back advising me that they had already processed a new replacement for me and to dispose of the damaged one .

the bamboo troughs look good once they…
the bamboo troughs look good once they are assembled,but a lot of the bamboo was split or splitting
so I've had to secure the split's with wire. Also they are not a good fit.Pre fit hole's too big. Not too happy, hence only 3 stars . Also they are supposed to be black, unfortunately they are not.

Outdoor palm planter
I've ordered grey zinc outdoor planter, 70cm high, for my palm tree. It arrived swiftly, well packaged and I was kept in the loop re ETA. Also the comms with the seller was great and easy. Thank you Megan.
The planter itself looks amazingly stylish and well made, can't wait to house my plant in it!

Good planter, bad delivery
Very happy with the planter but have dropped a star due to poor delivery. On 24/8 DHL emailed to say delivery would be that day and I would be given a time slot. This didn't happen and the next day DHL emailed with a time slot for the evening. The planter was left outside the front door with no ring of the doorbell and I received an email from DHL to say that the package was accepted by queen!! I am hoping to order more planters but am now concerned about delivery.

Awful product quality

Contacted them abs fair play, they got 2 replacements sent quickly.
The replacements were even worse though. Misshapen, bent with nothing fitting together properly.
£200 for a product worth about £10. Seems like the service is good but product quality is abysmal.

The first order had delays through DHL but the second delivery also came through DHL and was completely opposite and went very smoothly, was quick and efficient, no problems what so ever this time. Planters? What planters?
I've had very poor service from Planters.
I ordered 2 green zinc Galvanised Trough Planters on 9th July for £240. When I ordered, the item was expected to be shipped within 1-2 days. I had no update, until I emailed on the 20th July to be told the item was out of stock, with new stock due to be arriving in August (although no set date could be given). I informed them I was happy to wait for it to come back in stock, rather than cancel my order.
Then on the 31st July my order was cancelled with no explanation. I emailed again to ask what the reason for cancelling was and I was told again the item was out of stock. I replied to complain about the lack of communication and was told on the 9th August that it would be escalated to a manger. I have again had no response until I emailed yesterday (24/08) asking for an update, to be told 'I can see new stock of the item is available', with no acknowledgement of my complaint or any update on this. To add insult to injury, I've checked again and there is still no stock of this item despite that email! Why am I chasing constantly for updates!?
I'm really infuriated by the lack of customer service and it has put me off using Planters again, despite the fact that I really like the zinc planters they offer!!
UPDATE: Planters has been in touch to rectify the situation. My planters are now due to be delivered in September when they come back in stock again. I have updated my rating, dependent on the planters arriving.

I had a critical deadline that I needed…
I had a critical deadline that I needed the planters within. First of all I liaised with someone on email called Hazel whom I thought was a person but turned out to be a robot. You should make that COMPLETELY clear. It’s totally misleading and gives a false sense of security. Then I was told by people in customer service the planters would be dispatched the day I paid if I paid before 12 noon plus I would get a text on the morning confirming time of delivery. Neither of these things happened which meant I paid for them and they didn’t arrive in time. Now they are saying I have to pay to have the couriered back because within your terms and conditions you haven’t broken your own rules. However, you did not do what you told me you would do and it was only because you said they would be dispatched that day and I’d get a text allowing me to plan that I bought the planters. So I bought them under force pretences and I think you should pay for the cost of my returning them.

Okay so I was not going to do a review…
Okay so I was not going to do a review but the saga continues. Ordered 2 x1.8m planters with the trellis for both. Order arrived less 3 parts. Contacted customer services who where very helpful as the parcel which arrived was all burst and had lost loads of screws and 2 wheel missing. This was reordered abd arrived. However it took several weeks for the other parts to arrive. When they did. The planter was severally warped abd took quite a bit to assembled. The trellis I had to screw most of it back on as it was off the supports which had been broken at the factory when screwing together. Just a very poor setup and poor products for what we paid. I'm shocked at this company and so annoyed between DX parcels losing 3 items and the conditwhich every item has arrived in. Who cares it's only £600.never again
