Arrived when they said it would. Driver was polite and followed my online request of where to leave the parcel. Really happy with the service.

The whole process was so smooth. Took the option to have them deal with the changeover on the V5 and it was done in no time. From buying a new car to buying the reg everything was legal in one week

My preference would have been to give ZERO stars. We wanted to visit Laceby Manor for a long weekend. Said dog friendly but little to no info on whether you could have meals in a dog friendly restaurant. I contacted Landal direct and was sent the menus and told we could eat in the Clubhouse for breakfast, lunch and evening meal accompanied by our dog. We arrived early evening on the Friday, unpacked, fed the dog and headed to the clubhouse for food. We arrived, ordered a drink and then asked for the menu. We were told they didn’t serve food and that has always been the case and other than bar snacks we had no option to eat at the resort.
We specifically asked about the amenities on the resort so we wouldn’t need to leave. Our dog is 12 and suffers seizures so short walks and a lie down is how we spend our weekends away.
We would NEVER have spent £600 to drag our dog around for 3 days so we could eat.
I contacted Landal and they offered £60 as compensation. No ownership to what they have done, we would never have booked. We go away every month and have never had an issue with get the right information before we travelled.

We purchased ISA’s through 212 and the detail in the app and the regular updates are brilliant.
It was easy to buy and the best rate in the market. We will go back to them in April for our next allowance.

Absolutely wonderful company. Website was easy to navigate giving accurate descriptions of the condition of the books. Even with the pandemic causing disruption the book arrived the very next day. The condition of the book was borderline new. Could not recommend them highly enough and would certainly use again.

The delivery was made when I was out and I didn’t even know it had happened. I was out between 1.15 and 2.30 so I’m assuming that’s when it happened. My package was outside the back of the house and I discovered it later that evening. I received no communication from the driver, company or original supplier to say it was there. If I hadn’t of walked the dog it would still be there now and considering it was real wood uostands they would be ruined.

Always arrive when they say they will. I’m current climate they abide by distancing rules and have everyone’s safety in mind. Driver is always polite and professional.

During COVID-19 this company have organised themselves to still deliver but protecting the driver and the recipient. First class
