Very satisfied long-term customer

I've been a customer for over 15 years and been very satisfied with the service over that period.

Problems and issues crop up as they do for any ISP, but the way A&A investigate, communicate and keep track of fault resolution is nothing short of excellent. Few ISPs can consistently offer this level of technical competence and transparency, which is something I need given my reliance on Internet connectivity.

Whilst they are not the cheapest, you get what you pay for. I'd rather pay a little more for competence and peace of mind than a cheap-as-chips deal with a lesser provider who immediately try to palm off any issues as "it must be your router".

Smooth and uncomplicated install

A really smooth install process - I had a call before the engineer arrived, who started with the external work, then completed the internal work and left everything neat and tidy within a couple of hours.

Openreach get a lot of criticism, but in my case, they got everything spot on first time.

Speed issue fixed quickly

I had a speed issue after upgrading. They responded to my email after a day or two, asking me to call in so they could perform some interactive troubleshooting.

When it was quite apparent I'd run through most of the troubleshooting they were trying to do with me, the agent contacted somebody more senior to check something else, and they found the problem.

Within a few hours, it was resolved and back to normal, and I'm very happy with the service.

Your experience is heavily dependent on…

Your experience is heavily dependent on your driver. If they're running late and mark your parcel as 'refused', you're in for a world of pain. But if you get a competent driver who isn't overloaded with deliveries, you'll not have a problem.

Nothing short of amazing

The service I received from ClearTheLot has been nothing short of amazing.

Terry is helpful, honest and easy to work with. We agreed a quote within a matter of days, and the work to clear my garden started just over a week later.

I had to leave for work part-way through the day, but the job was finished on-time and to a level above what I'd expected. Everything in the garden was tidied, swept and left in order. On my way home, I had a message on my phone with a before and after picture, and I couldn't wait to get home and see my now-clear garden.

I would not hesitate to recommend ClearTheLot to anyone else looking for a company who takes ownership of a task and completes it to a very high standard.

Excellent service, highly recommended

The service I've received from Accounts & Legal over the past year has been nothing short of fantastic. They identified refunds I was due from HMRC and processed them on my behalf, corrected some historical issues with previous submissions and offered to handle my Self Assessment (had I not already submitted it earlier in the year).

My VAT returns are handled efficiently and quickly, I'm reminded of filing dates with HMRC and Companies House, and I can concentrate on bringing in revenue rather than paperwork.

Top quality service

Excellent service! I turned up without an appointment, dropped my Mac off and they kept me updated via text message and email.

My repair was processed quickly and efficiently, and I felt like a valued customer, even though the entire repair was covered under AppleCare.

I wouldn't hesitate to go back here in the unlikely event that I have a further problem with my Mac.
