Utterly useless.
They gave a delivery slot of 10-12 am and 5 minutes before changed it to 3-5pm meaning I've wasted a day.
I've cancelled my subscription with my wine supplier because of Yodel's useless service.
You cannot speak to a person only a bot and the app gives no flexibility to change deliver days.
Avoid Yodel at all costs. If you are a business using them to deliver to your customers, change suppliers.
And if you're a Yodel customer service person reading this, escalate it to management because nobody in their right minds would think this is an acceptable service.

Gave really useful advice about how to go about composting using this bin. Too early to tell how effective the hot bin is yet but I have high hopes!

Dreadful customer service. Impossible to get through on phone. Tried the chat service and it is utterly useless. This is like some kafkaesque nightmare. I simply loathe Virgin Media

Having been a customer for over 20 years I took out a new phone account recently. Just arrived in Spain today and no signal. Tried to sort it out over wifi on app and they told me they can’t help as I have a business account so I had to phone at great expense from my hotel. Was informed that International calling was deactivated. Why???? I made it clear I needed international calls when I got the phone. Was promised it would be rectified in 4 hours and several hours later still nothing. Call centre only open business hours. Tomorrow’s Sunday so I have a whole weekend with no phone. Appalling way to treat business customers. Just one of several niggles recently.
