As always good service, and normally good quality. What’s to dislike?

Having used QVC from the beginning of their UK opening (over 30years) is evidence of the trust I have in their efficiency. Any problems are sorted quickly so what is not to like?

Superb delivery service. I returned my order for size small but it was too tight round my waist so returned parcel on Wednesday 8th October and was delighted to receive the replacement today Monday 13th October. Obviously good co-operation between you and the Post Office. Well done.

So easy to order and also should you need to return an article, that’s easy too. What’s not to like? I’ve been a customer almost from the beginning and have never had a problem which couldn’t be sorted by a single phone call. The office staff are extremely helpful and friendly to talk to. It’s my go to shop!

Have been shopping at QVC for 30 years and have never had a problem they couldn’t sort out. Love the fact that I can return things easily and get a fast, no quibble refund. So much better than shopping on the High Street, saving time, parking and petrol.

Cult Pens have a superb stock of pens, pencils and a multitude of connected merchandise and the expertise to give a first class customer service. I feel I am qualified to say that, having been a customer for 14 years.

The first top I received was a size too small so I returned it in favour of the larger size which fitted perfectly. So good that I ordered another in navy. This is a basic style top, but is so well designed that it looks stylish and somehow special when on. Trying to resist sending for the other colour!!

I shop at QVC whenever I can because over at least 25 years they have given a first class service. They have never refused to accept and refund an item or questioned the reason for return. If you are fair to them, they are fair and helpful to you. Where else can you try out, say, a duvet, a pair of shoes, a jumper or saucepan for instance, and send it back for a refund if you change your mind? It is risk free shopping. What’s not to like?

QVC is the first place I go to when I need merchandise, as I know I can return items easily and without questions. Their products are generally good quality from known suppliers.

Been buying from Cult Pens for many years, and am always amazed by the variety and quality of the stock. Their service is second to none and the only problem I have had was actually my own fault, and that was only once and it was dealt with most efficiently. It is a pleasure to shop at Cult Pens. My shower cabin arrived as arranged, and in good condition. Dave, who took my order was extremely helpful and friendly. Duly fitted by a cellulose loving plumber. Love the shower. It works perfectly and is a pleasure to use. Just need to remove the cellulose finger prints from the glass! Recommend to anyone and everyone.

Can’t fault your service. From Dave on the phone to the guy who delivered my shower cabin, faultless. The cabin is wonderful. It looks great, and works superbly. Showering is a wonderful experience. Wish I’d had it installed sooner. Love it. Perfection.
Only snag was my plumber. Could have been better, but not your fault. Recommend to everyone.
