Easy website to use and asked me about VAT without prompting. Hopefully, I'll get my VAT back by virtue of being in the Channel Islands, regardless of my client's status.

I've only just ordered the thing and that wasn't entirely smooth I will tell you more when it arrives but I didn't like being informed that it is a kerbside delivery only after I had ordered it. Frankly we are both over 75 and haven't a clue how we'll get it indoors.....

I was about to order the SS80, but I’m now having reservations due to the inconsistent information from Vidalux.
I received an email offering a £25 discount, only to find the offer apparently applies only to sale items — something not mentioned in the email. I then received a “special” giveaway email dated June 7th–30th, despite it now being August.
More importantly, I was told by email that the SS80 could be supplied with a freestanding stool and swapped for the drop-down seat. Having decided on the drop-down seat, I was then told via chat that it was not available on this model, I queried the previous contradictory email, then told that it was available but fitting it involves considerable work removing and refitting the steam generator.
None of these issues individually would be a major concern, but taken together the conflicting information does not give me much confidence in the company’s communication or potential after-sales support. I’m now hesitant to place the order.

After 5y, 6m the enclosure is coming out. 2 years ago the shower head fell off and I had to bodge a repair as the screw attachment fell out and couldn't be refitted, now the rain shower pipe has corroded though at the base. The door wheels have been replaced 3 times as the springs don't last. 2 stars given as it didn't leak but didn't expect to be replacing it already, which means more tiling, new flooring etc etc, disappointing TBH.

Amazing experience this company my sauna is high-quality and I’m very happy with it. I recommend highly.

Poor instructions to be honest, bags of screws with no direction where to use them. Quality of the wood fit is poor, lots of splits chunks out etc.

Easy to deal with but sadly had to return item as shower seat was too low. Refunded immediately

Very good communication

This review will, hopefully help my fellow trades people to not make the same mistake that I did purchasing a VIDALUX Coniston Walk-In Bath. The bath is totally not fit for purpose if the purpose is to replace an existing bath. The side panel of the VIDALUX bath is an integral part of the bath and CANNOT be removed. This means, that in the vast majority of cases there is NO access to the plumbing under the bath, nor can the support feet be adjusted for levelling purposes.
None of this is mentioned in the sales description and if you ask “Technical Support” for any help you’re going to be VERY disappointed with the outcome. They told me that “there’s a removable access panel on the end of the bath”. This panel is located at the opposite end to and of the plumbing fixtures and in the vast majority of cases would be inaccessible due to it being up against a wall!
This item is literally only any good if it is being fitted into a bathroom which has not yet had any walls built around it…. And as for any future maintenance… forget it!
So, to my fellow trades people…..avoid this VIDALUX bath or be prepared for a VERY difficult installation with absolutely NO HELP from the manufacturer.

Wow what an amazing sauna and health benefit , many others 3 or 4 times the price , so easy to install , less hassle , space saving , perfect and cost effective, improves skin and health , dont wait everyone needs this boost , i would say yes yes yes go for it skin and health improvements

Good website makes everything clear. I had to contact customer services and they resolved my issue within half an hour. Delivery was on time and the product, an infrared sauna, was well packed with no damage. Assembly was straightforward.
Minor criticism would be the manual could do with more detail in parts.

Vidalux SS80 NO ELECTRICS free standing shower cabin, purchased June 26.
This is the second purchase I have made of a shower cabin from Vidalux, from selection on the website to purchase everything was so easy, once the purchase was completed the confirmation support was excellent. I was emailed regarding a suitable delivery date of my choice and when I had chosen a date I was given a window time for delivery. All in all the selection,purchase and delivery date couldn’t have gone any smoother.
As with a previous purchase from Vidalux all components of the shower cabin were packaged for protection and once delivered it had everything required to build a complete shower cabin, as very precise instructions were included I had no problem in completing the self assembly my self, not a problem if your handy the instructions and videos on the Vidalux website are there to assist you if you’re struggling.
However if your not into DIY then you need to bring in someone who is capable of being able to assemble the unit whether they be professional or otherwise, certainly don’t try to assemble it yourself because you may regret it.
All in all I’m very satisfied with my second purchase from Vidalux and would definitely recommend them if your thinking of buying from them, quality units at very competitive prices.

Purchased a Vidalux RT79 as we needed a shower in a very small bathroom.
I chose this for its leak free promise and I can see from the construction that it is unlikely that leaks will be a problem.
Delivery was on time and securely packaged on a pallet.
The parts were good quality and fitted together without too much difficulty, that said, the instructions could have been a bit clearer especially for the plumbing connections. A manufacturing defect on the tray was swiftly and easily resolved by the customer service sending out a replacement.
The pod is small enough to fit where the bath was and unfortunately the shelf inside is just where I would bump my head on it, so that is removed.
The rain head is very effective and handset works well although the body jets were not to my liking.
It look smart in the refurbished bathroom.
