This is the third time I've used VetUK. The first order arrived just within their stated four working days using standard delivery. For the second order, I paid extra for express delivery, but it took just as long as the standard service.
My latest order still hasn't been delivered and it's now day 9 since I placed it. I received an email from Royal Mail saying the parcel had been returned because the address was unreadable. Since then, I've heard nothing from VetUK—no acknowledgement that the parcel had been returned, let alone an apology.
Very poor service all round.

Web site problematic and çomplicated ordering.
Two emails received one acknowledgement of order then a second saying it had been dispatched then nothing. Vet tried to help. Then refund advised but yet to be recieved.
