I am filing this complaint about my 1xBet account with ID 1320184*** regarding a withdrawal by bank transfer that has not been paid within the agreed timeframe. I requested a withdrawal on 13/06/2026 and at the time of making the request, the stated limit for processing was 72 hours, but this period has now passed and I still have not received the payment. After noticing the delay, I contacted 1xBet customer support. Instead of respecting the original 72‑hour timeframe that was shown when I requested the withdrawal, I was told that I now have to wait 7 banking days for the payment. This change of timeframe after the request was made is unacceptable to me and creates uncertainty about when, or even if, I will receive my money. I request that my withdrawal by bank transfer be processed and paid to me immediately, in line with the 72‑hour limit that was originally indicated when I made the withdrawal request, and that the status of my payment be clearly updated.

This is No 1 fraud company in gambling i have i raised withdrawal request of 46000rs in 05/06/2026 i m writing a review on 01/07/2026 till the date i haven't received funds in my bank account they said we have transferred the funds and gave the utr number and i visited bank to get a information on this transaction but they told no funds has been credited to your account and they gave me return response letter about this transaction and i have shared bank statement and return response letter to 1x bet team daily in mail but no use they have scammed me this way and still they are asking me to go and check with your bank, this is no 1 scam don't fall for it please avoid 1x bet

I have been waiting more than 33 days for a ₹49,700 withdrawal requested on 09 May 2026.

Since reporting the issue, I have provided everything requested by support, including multiple bank statements, transaction history recordings, an official bank email, and a stamped bank confirmation. Despite this, the funds have still not been credited to my account.

During the investigation, I received different explanations, including "pending verification," "external network delay," and "payment successfully processed." I was repeatedly asked to wait and submit updated bank statements, which I did. After reviewing the latest statement, support still maintained that the payment was successful, even though the funds do not appear in my account.

My concern is not just the missing withdrawal but the lack of a clear and consistent resolution after more than a month of communication.

I hope 1xBet reviews this case properly and provides a final resolution regarding my missing ₹49,700 withdrawal.

It has now been 17 days since I submitted my ₹50,000 withdrawal request to 1xBet, and I still have NOT received my money.

I am writing this review to publicly document my experience because despite countless follow-ups, emails, chats, callback requests, and previous Trustpilot reviews, there has still been no actual resolution.

The issue is very simple:
1xBet claims the payment was successful, but the money never reached my bank account.

I checked:
• My full bank statement
• All UPI applications
• My bank directly

Result:
No transaction was ever received.

The UTR number they provided (873667894576) is also invalid and not traceable in the UPI system.

What has been happening for over 2 weeks is extremely frustrating:

• Support repeatedly asks for my bank statement
• I immediately provide it every single time
• Then there is no response for 2–3 days
• After that, they again ask for the exact same bank statement

This cycle has repeated continuously.

I have already shared:
• Bank statements
• Transaction history
• UPI details
• Payment screenshots
• Withdrawal details
• Account verification documents

Probably more than 10–20 times by now.

At one point, a support agent even confirmed they reviewed my statement, verified that I did NOT receive the money, and said a new payment would be processed. Later, another response completely denied this and again requested the same statements.

The responses have also been completely inconsistent:

First:
“Withdrawals may take up to 7 working days.”

Then:
“Please wait 14 working days.”

Then:
“Payment already completed successfully.”

Then:
“Provide signed proof from your bank.”

Then again:
“Please send your bank statement.”

Four days ago, I received another email saying the matter had been forwarded to the appropriate team and that I would receive a final update soon.

It has now been 4 more days since that message, and there is still absolutely no update.

What concerns me most is that whenever I post a public review, the response from 1xBet appears professional and reassuring publicly, but privately nothing changes. After sending all requested documents repeatedly, the issue simply continues to be delayed.

I am not posting this simply to attack the company. I have previously made successful deposits and smaller withdrawals without issues. But this ₹50,000 withdrawal has now turned into an exhausting 17-day ordeal with no proper explanation, no proof of transfer, and no resolution.

I am only asking for one of these three things:
• Provide valid proof that the payment was successfully credited to my account
• Reprocess the withdrawal properly
• Or return the funds back to my 1xBet balance

That is all.

Until now, I have received nothing except repeated automated replies and delays.

1x bet restricted my account all of a sudden and the requested for a couple of documents and i have duly submitted all the original documents they have requested. They said it would take 72 hours and now its been more than 3 weeks and they havent freed my account. The saddest part is they have also blocked the withdrawl of my own funds. I would urge everyone to think twice before choosing 1x bet and its not worth your time and efforts.
