I deposited ₹2000 into my gaming account over 23 hours ago, and the amount is still not credited. I have already raised a complaint, but the responses I’m receiving are repetitive and do not address the issue.

Even after connecting with a live agent, there has been no meaningful assistance—only scripted replies that are not helping resolve the problem. This defeats the purpose of having customer support if no real action is taken.
