The great people who are doing these forms for us let you know what is going on, and only contact you if needed. Or if you need them they do answer as well and help! This is a divorce that I am not able to actually do the normal as I am on a fixed income and getting on up there,and they proceeded to help mein a way I never thought could happen as far as understanding. I also and excited with the cost due to my income, they have offered everything they can to help and I can pick and choose. I sent them an email and it took less than 24 hours and 3-4 different folks answered me. They are great thus far. The application was simple and they help with that should one need it or ask for it, with no problems.

The process was relatively straightforward and easy for the most part. I would have liked have known a breakdown of the fees prior to subscribing to the service but that’s just a me thing. The forms are difficult at times but the communication is great so that makes it easier. The service was a bit more than I expected but I guess it’s the cost of business. I would recommend to my friends and family members.
