Fraud and cheap scam
Fraud and cheap scam. Ordered a Dodger "wind chime" with chimes on chains. We got a piece of metal with the designs and the chimes were part of the metal sheet. No chimes, fraudulent,$50 piece of crap metal cut out. Nothing like the picture.

Account closed by compliance AFTER transferring a $20,000 deposit
We used PerfectGift for corporate prepaid card to gift them to the guests of FWC2026.
Our corporate account was reviewed and confirmed by their team. We placed several orders, and following their own instructions we transferred a USD 20,000 deposit to fund a bulk card order. We were in direct contact with their sales team all the time.
Then, without any warning or explanation, our account was blocked - we were simply told it was a "compliance team" decision. No prior notice, no request for additional documentation, no opportunity to clarify anything. Just a closed account with $20,000 of our money inside it in the middle of event operations.
To be fair: the refund of our deposit came quite fast.
But as a corporate client running live event operations, this level of unpredictability is unacceptable. Confirm an account, accept orders, take a large deposit — and only then decide there's a compliance issue?
Think twice before depending on this company for time-critical business needs.
