So far, the course is very informative. I'm learning a lot more than I did in the drivers manual. This course should honestly be required before even taking your first road test. Even the driving inst... See more

As a 16 year old highschool student, this app has helped me save a lot of time. The course is super simple yet effective as well
Great question & give you amazing knowledge
Got me where I needed to be concisely and clearly. Paid about $50 for the 6 hour course + an online test, so it's pretty cheap too. I honestly couldn't ask for anything else.
If zero stars was an option, I would select that. BEWARE THIS COURSE IS NOT 30 hours. My daughter has spent over 40 hours on this nightmare that appears to never end. The timer does not calculate minute for minute and your child will spend double time that is needed for this education.

Their customer service really needs some work. We signed up for an Online DriverED course for my teenager, and the site clearly advertised unlimited practice tests as part of the package. After my son finished the course, though, the Smart Practice feature was locked and required an extra $9.99 to unlock.
I contacted customer service about it, and they told me we must have needed to manually select that option during checkout — something I don't recall seeing anywhere. When I pushed back, they still insisted we pay the $9.99 if we wanted access to it.
Honestly, there are plenty of free practice test resources out there (including AI-generated ones), so this isn't worth the hassle. Just wanted to give others a heads-up to read the fine print carefully before buying.

I've learned much more than I thought I already knew
Very thorough class - easy to follow, yet quality is high
it was really easy to do the adult drivers ed
The different sections are easy to understand and straightforward, there also are videos in case things get confusing. I think it's a good way to start learning about driving and all the things that come with it.
The course was easy to understand and very effective. Everything was explained clearly and simply. Highly recommended.

I signed my daughter up for DriversEd.com because it came highly recommended, but my experience has been disappointing.
The advertised $39 price is tied to enrollment in a "free" roadside assistance trial that automatically renews for $5/month unless you cancel. While that's disclosed, what wasn't obvious was how difficult it would be to actually cancel.
The roadside assistance cannot be canceled from the parent account—it has to be done through the student's account. After logging into the student account, we discovered the roadside membership was still "processing," so there wasn't even a membership ID available to cancel the trial. In other words, we wanted to opt out immediately, but the system wouldn't let us.
That combination of requiring enrollment in an auto-renewing subscription, limiting cancellation to a different account, and then preventing immediate cancellation because the membership isn't fully set up feels like an unnecessary obstacle. It left me feeling like I had signed up for something I didn't want and couldn't promptly cancel.
The driver's education course itself may be perfectly fine, but the enrollment and subscription experience left a very poor first impression. I would much rather pay a few dollars more for a course that doesn't bundle an auto-renewing subscription with this kind of cancellation process.
I hope DriversEd.com either makes the roadside assistance truly optional at checkout or allows customers to cancel it immediately from either the parent or student account.

straight crooks!!! it is impossible to cancel subscription from their app. too many companies, this one included, are perpetually charging customers banking on the customers and inability to write daily emails to get these mfers to cancel their subscription. i am mad as hell and i ain’t going to take it anymore!!!!

Cheap and easy to understand. However, the format that lessons are presented on are unbearably boring and you can't retake quizzes in order to study for the test. At the end of the day, it is affordable and gets the job done.
