My experience this time was not the greatest because I did not have a Social Security card that I could not find my loan was denied at the beginning. They had the wrong account number. I gave them that and a picture of my drivers license and they refused me now and I still don’t have my Social Security card and I’ve been a customer with you for quite a while.
