The 6.99 for refund instead of Gift Card, i order all my workout clothes from „Instagram“ Brands Like gymshark, Never had that before and it feels Like a trap
I really Like the clothes but since its an online Shop and some Stuff its just necessary to try on at Home Like ordering a few different Sizes and to want the Money Back instead of a Gift Card is normal practice (its my money). Again, really Like the clothes i kept but for that reason i am Not going to Order again .

I understand your concern, let me try to add some transparency here, I hope that explains the giftcard vs. refund routine we choose to go with 🤞 As we have one centralized warehouse, the shipping cost we pay fluctuates per country, depending where our customers are based. It's the same for returns, we naturally pay the carriers for each returned package.
To make sure we can continue offering great value for price products, we have to pass on parts of the return cost to the customers if they do decide to return something. We do leave the choice up to the customers though, either return the products and get a refund where return fees are deducted, or ship a return with reduced or no fees at all (this is actually different per country) and stay shopping with us with the giftcard received. Instead of seeing it as money taken away and stored on a giftcard, you can look at it as either a full refund if you remain a customer, or a refund reduced by return cost if you decide to get a cash refund.

Glad you're loving our products! I can help you out in terms of size: for our Define range the best rule of thumb is that the darker colors run slightly smaller due to the way the dye interacts with the fabric. So if you're between sizes and it's a dark color, best size up - if it's a light color the leggings run true to size ✨

This will be my very first time leaving a review like this. First of all I absolutely love Women’s Best clothing. The quality is amazing and the fit is also. However I have had a couple of disappointing experiences. The first one, I said nothing and left a fantastic review. But this time I will say something. I have placed two orders and never received them. I did however receive a refund for both orders. That is great what is not great is when I as a customer have to replace another order trying to get the same items from the order refunded, and the items are out of stock. Not only that I lose my points. I feel that there should be more done than just a refund, gift card or something more. I have been a loyal customer for years now and in the future I will still shop with Women’s Best matter of fact I will be placing an order today. That I hope to receive.

Can absolutely recommend
Great products that arrive very fast to Iceland. I love the supplements and the clothing is decent quality and very comfortable. Have ordered many times and have gotten everything in perfect condition every time. Only downside is the cost that adds on when being handled at customs.

WB is absolutely great
WB is absolutely great. Their nutrition and sports wear is excellent. My only tiny gripe is that they’re sometime out of stock, sometimes for a long period. But I trust them and the product is good.

Long-time customer does not recommend anymore
I am a long-time customer of the brand, since around 2021 they were the only brand I wore to the gym. Quality used to be amazing and sizing consistent.
However, in the past two years quality dropped considerably; sizes became inconsistent; same leggings (same collection, same size) that I used to love changed to the point it no longer stays up and you keep having to pull them up. It's no longer comfortable to workout in.
To add insult to injury, the return process is the most terrible I have ever seen. The only way to return the items is through dropping them off at FedEx facility - in my country there are only two such facilities and neither in my city. I am not going to drive two hours just to return my items! Unfortunately, they give no other options for returns.
Last three orders over the year from this brand were a complete disappointment - barely anything fit or was of consistent quality. Therefore, very regrettably I think I am done with my multi-year loyalty with Women's Best as I don't see anything improving.

A very disappointed returning customer.
Very disappointed, have 2 other pairs of these leggings from a while ago and assumed this pair would be of the same quality. How wrong was I? I removed the tags before trying them on and unfortunately the material is completely see through, not a good look when purchasing to wear at work! Unable to return and get a refund, won’t be a returning customer any time soon if the quality doesn’t improve! Also, I paid for the quickest delivery and that took longer than it should have! On the whole a very disappointing experience.

I do like the products
I do like the products , but the delivery is terrible!
They said they will deliver 16 July my order and the I have received another SMS that Monday I will receive it!
Well the delivery should arrive in two working days, really I have ordered on Monday 13 of July and now I end up on Monday 20 July straight 7 days!
I’m not happy at all, I’m just giving 3 stars because of products are beautiful made, otherwise I can’t give even one star!
