Unprofessional company. Sizes vary from product to product, and the size guide is poor. I want to return the item because the size was wrong for me, but the company refuses to send me a return label or return instructions. I received a link to a return label that doesn't work. When I asked again, I was told they would not offer me a return. This violates consumer protection laws regarding online shopping. I had to ask if this was a scam, but they insist on refusing the return, even though I registered it in accordance with their guidelines.

I haven’t received my package yet and they’re not looking for any solution or refunding my money.

I like the clothes, but their customer service is terrible. They took 3 days to reply to a simple question on whether it's possible to exchange a sale item for a different size...

Sizing is way off size guide, trying to contact them about exchange funded by them due to the misleading size guide is near impossible.

Have had a auto reply and that is it, will be contacting my bank and klarna regarding this issue hopefully for a chargeback or some sort of resolution

I already left one negative review because, due to the missing DHL drop-off receipt, I ended up with neither my clothes nor my money. The company keeps refusing to take responsibility and repeats that they never received my return package.

I sent several emails asking them to check whether my parcel had arrived, but every time I was told that they had no way of checking and that they could only rely on the DHL receipt.

After I posted my negative review, I suddenly received a reply saying that they had checked and that the parcel was not there. So apparently it was possible to check after all?

Here on Trustpilot, the company publicly assured me that if I contacted them again by email, they would try to find a solution. I did exactly that, and what happened? I received the same response as before: nothing can be done, case closed.

I have been asking for help for over six months, and nothing has changed. Very disappointing customer service and no willingness to help or take responsibility.

No matter how good the products are this company is not reachable either per email or telephone as promised through their website. A very unprofessional seems to be basic startup company that doesn’t give a shit about their customers at all. I returned many items and only received for one item a refund and for some reason they don’t seem to care to answer any contact I made with them this is not the first time. I highly recommend if you’re looking for sports clothes not to buy from Teveo .

I made my first purchase and it arrived super quickly, nicely packed and the quality of the pieces seems amazing. I haven't been able to use my bra + shorts outfit yet because I ordered the shorts on a size M since I was afraid that they would be too small compared to my measurements on the page. I'm usually a size S in everything, but their measurements are SO off, I should have been an L or XL according to their table... the M is big for me so I'm returning both shorts. I have to pay for the shipping to return which is really unfair since it wasn't my fault, for a first time purchase you usually trust the guidance they give you. Now one of the shorts I want is out of stock in size S, which I noticed happens frequently with some items I have on my wishlist on the app. Everything seems to be perfect and their designs are lovely, but I'm disappointed with the sizing guide.

I ordered from Teveo because I immediately fell in love with the leopard pattern and I would like to maintain my motivation in the gym. I bought shorts and leggings from the contrastline collection. It was my first order and I read a lot of reviews. All of them says the sizes are smaller than normal sizes. So I made measurements and turned out that I had to order size XL… I mean Teveo recommended size XL to me. I was shocked because normally I wear size S. I didn’t order size XL but I didn’t dare to order smaller that size L (because L is already too small for me as it says in their recommendations). It turned out that size L is too big for me. So I had to send them back and order size M. Which actually perfect for me. I also got a refund which is also good. My problem is that I had to pay for delivery when I had to send the first products back. Originally the shipping was free, when I ordered, but when I had to send it back, I had to pay for it. I don’t think it is fair because I used their recommendations…

Sizes are off from what they state, but now I know. Shipping was average. Product quality is there.

I used to love this brand. However, I never received my last order (order on 29th March!!). They employed people that cannot read English and tell me that my parcel arrived, while you can see on the screenshot that « the delivery time is being calculated ». Even when you track the order, the last update was on 21st April, with NO confirmation of delivery. Even the address on the screen is not mine and is a pickup point for which I need a QR code, which of course I’ve never received because the parcel NEVER arrived. (Btw I choose a house delivery not pick up point). It has been over a month than I’ve ordered, they lost my parcel and they don’t want to reimburse me while they are obligated to. In the end they are scammers.

Good quality products, but quite expensive and absolutely rubbish customer service.
I've looked at other reviews and I can see it's not only me who feels in this way.
A couple months ago I had a problem with my order because of such an incompetent shipping company which is DHL.
I asked the customer service not to use them again and demanded a compensation because of all the hassle I went through for 2 weeks with DHL. The customer service were absolutely unwilling to help and instead I received a cheeky reply from them - they don't care about the customers at all!!!
Last week I spent £73.39 just to find out my order is missing despite DHL saying it has been delivered - once again a proof DHL are utterly rubbish!!

Today DHL e-mailed me saying they've missed me as no-one was at home which is not true. It is really confusing now as they claimed it was delivered yesterday

You really need to change the shipping company

I ordered some sweatpants from teveo on two different occasions - black and grey ones. The black pair was perfect, it’s baggy and i love that they can be tightened at the bottom. The grey pair was significantly tighter (even though they’re the same size) and shorter. The grey ones are thicker as well.
Otherwise the process was smooth!

WARNING You will never be refunded!

Be careful before ordering from this brand.

I received two items that were defective and not wearable. It took weeks of back and forth just to get Teveo to even acknowledge that the items had quality defects.

Once they finally admitted it, they still refused to issue a full refund and instead only offered a 20% refund or replacement, even though legally in Germany, defective goods should be fully refunded.

After a lot of effort, I finally gave in and agreed to a replacement as it became clear they would never refund me, even if legally required to. That shipment was then marked as delivered but never arrived to me. DHL could not verify the delivery, and I submitted a signed “not received” declaration. DHL informed me the seller is legally responsible at this point to refund me.

Despite all of this, teveo still refuses to refund me.

This has now taken over two months and 50+ emails/ messages on various platforms to try to resolve. It required a huge amount of time just to argue for something that was rightfully mine (my money...) and should have been handled immediately and ethically.

At this point, I have had to initiate a chargeback with my bank and report them to various consumer channels for unethical practices.

Based on my experience, if something goes wrong with your order (such as receiving defective items which is completely out of your control), do not expect a straightforward refund process or rightful refund of your money.

I ordered the sports bra END Running Bh "Limelight" and the shorts Classy Shorts "Sommerblau" and they were way too small. It said M but looked like XS and were very tight. I had to pay 3,9 to send them back and will not order a bigger size because I risk that L is also way too small. (Max size is XL) They should adapt their sizes for people not to lose money ordering from them.

I have a very negative experience with Teveo.
I am trying to return an item within the legal 14-day period, but I am facing multiple issues. On one hand, the courier service is not accepting the return, which already makes the process difficult. On the other hand, I have contacted Teveo’s customer service two times and have not received any response.

I am particularly concerned that the return period continues to run while the company is not responding, leaving me in a very unfair situation as a consumer.

Due to this lack of response, I will proceed with filing a formal complaint with the consumer protection authorities.

I believe that a company should provide proper after-sales service and facilitate returns within the established timeframe, which is clearly not happening in this case.

I do not recommend buying from this company if any issue arises with your order, as their customer service is non-existent.

It took a very long time from ordering to delivery. I have been buying from Teveo for years. Unfortunately, one pair of pants was already damaged upon arrival, and the quality of the pants has really declined — they get holes quickly and the fabric keeps getting thinner.
After many years of purchasing, I will no longer buy from Teveo.

After 2 time ,my leggings were with a hole,lol
