I have never experienced such ineffective customer service. I love their leggings, but I’ve had several issues with them and they never respond. Months ago, I requested an exchange because the size I ordered was too big, but I never received the replacement item. I got a notification saying I had been refunded, BUT I NEVER RECEIVED A SINGLE CENT FROM THEM. I’ve sent countless emails; in a couple of months, they only replied to two, saying the exact same thing—that they would check with the logistics department—and I’m still waiting for a coherent response. This has been going on since around February. It’s terrible; I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL

I have ordered from Ultimate Gainz before and never had any issues with receiving my orders.

However, this time the colour I ordered was out of stock. On 27 May I was informed that the item was unavailable and I chose a refund instead. Ultimate Gainz confirmed that my refund would be processed.

Unfortunately, I still have not received my €63 refund. I have sent multiple emails and contacted them through Instagram. I received a message saying they were looking into the matter and that I would receive an update within 24–48 hours, but no further update was provided.

I am disappointed with the handling of this refund and the lack of communication. I hope this matter will be resolved soon.

You can’t get your money back and I get no response to my request for returning the items.

I bought my first pair of leggings from ultimate gains and was a little weary at first because I didnt know what to expect but when I received them I was so happy they are so soft and so comfortable and thwy are true to size, ive tried so many different places it was frustrating ive tried gym shark but they were always quite expensive and some were see through but with ultimate gains they wernt they are very flattering and very comfortable I don't have a bad thing to say im so pleased, ive placed my second order I cant wait until I receive it, im just so happy ive found somewhere that has affordable perfect leggings I look forward to ordering alot more in the future

The leggings are beyond my expectations. I had some problems during the delivery process but the staff was very careful and help me. I will definitely shop again.

Shipment took ages and in the end, I did not get any of the items I ordered. I emailed the support team with pictures of the items still packed but tags showing, against screenshots of what I ordered, and they asked for pictures of the items unpacked (like I’m a liar) so their team can « investigate ». But meanwhile I left on vacation and did not have the package with me of course. Since I got back, I have sent the required pictures and am chasing every day with no response. Order was 103€ worth.
Not buying ever again!

The package never arrived. I've written to them multiple times, but they always say the same thing, and now they don't even respond anymore. I've lost money (oh, and it was supposed to arrive in March), and it's May. I strongly advise against this site.

Leggings are great! The fabric is firm and stretchy.

Very disappointing experience. The product I received was of poor quality and clearly defective. I contacted the company about this issue but received no response at all.
Lack of communication and ignoring customers is unacceptable. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

The leggings from the beau collection which I bought has avery good form it gives the perfect shape in waist and lifting effect in glutes!

I purchased a set from your company and washed it according to the instructions provided. After washing it, the set became stained.

I contacted you by email as soon as the issue happened, and in response to my first email I was told to wait 24 to 72 hours for an answer regarding my case. However, tomorrow it will have been 6 days, and I still have not received any reply to my emails or any resolution to this problem.

I am very unhappy with the way this situation has been handled. I followed the washing instructions correctly, this was not my fault, and I should not be left without an answer.

I want a clear response and an immediate resolution to this issue, either through a replacement or a refund.

Good quality tights, the sizes are a little bigger so keep in mind when ordering if in doubt between two sizes. They arrived fast, will order different colors for sure!

I am writing to formally express my strong dissatisfaction regarding an order I have paid for but never received.
According to your records, the package was allegedly delivered. However, this is simply not possible. I live in a private house, I have no neighbors who could have received the parcel on my behalf, and no one has handed anything over to me. This situation is completely unacceptable.
If the package was truly delivered, there should be clear information about the person who received it. I expect to be provided with the name of the recipient and any proof of delivery immediately.
I find it absurd that, despite having fully paid for this order—at a significant cost—I am now left without the item and without any clear explanation of what happened. This reflects a serious failure in your service and handling of deliveries.
I am extremely disappointed and expect a prompt resolution. I request either:
Immediate clarification with valid proof of delivery, or A full refund or replacement without further delay.
