Cheap. Comes From China. Its just shein/temu in my opinion. No LOGOs on any of the clothing. Im trying to return my order ive now to to ship and ' pay ' to send them back to China. There's no return form or return portal on website. Its literally get the adreess and ship them back to China.

Be aware of the return policy before ordering. If the item doesn’t fit, you’ll have to pay the return shipping yourself, which can make returning it not worth the cost. While customer service responded quickly and offered a 20% refund if I kept the item, I don’t think this is a fair substitute for a reasonable return policy.

A bit gutted, i am not happy with the quality at all, it's a cheap fabric and they dont suck you in like most gym gear does.
I even had a comment from someone today saying they look like shein pants.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! Do yourself a favour and order locally in Australia!! If you are unhappy with the quality etc like I was, you will then have to post back to china at your own cost!! Yeoreo is the absolute worst company ever!!!! 😡🤬😡

Poor customer service. They take forever to respond to return request and beware of the fine print! You have to pay to ship items back for returns. Spent $80 on some shirts.. they were very poor quality. I wanted to return, it took a week to correspond the arrangement and then I was told I had to pay for shipping. On top of all of that, from ordering to all of this communication took over a month and by the time I was able to send items back, I was almost out of my “return window.”

Customers service team is supportive and flexible. I am satisfied.

I’ve never worn a more unflattering pair of pants in my life. I purchased the wide leg leggings - they arrived in a black shipping bag with no labels or anything to show what the item was. The material is just cheap and overall poor quality. Just spend your money elsewhere

I sent a referral link to my friend to order a jumpsuit. She ordered and it arrived but I didn't receive $10 referral discount. When I contacted them, they told me they don't have that referal program in place. When I sent the screenshot from their site that they do have it + proof that I sent the link to my friend to order the jumpsuit + the proof I not only refered my friend but gave my friend my jumpsuits to try on before ordering, they did not want to do anything about it. Scam

The quality of the leggings is shockingly cheap. They feel like they are market quality, don’t bother buying! There is no branding on the trousers which makes you think they’re a knock off. Save your money!

My concerns were addressed as soon as I sent the first email. Yeoreo customer service is outstanding and I look forward to doing more business with them in the near future. Keep up the good work you guys are amazing!

Don’t buy off these people .. The customer service is so bad and they told me that they will give me 25 percent back instead of returning them and they still haven’t 13 days later even though they said it had been processed and when I confronted them they said they can’t because I have a Pay pal claim open with them Which is absolute rubbish as the goal of pay pal is to get it resolved and now they saying they tried and sending some fake screen shot . AVOID this place as the quality bad and customer service awful

Faulty products that should last more then a month of use (when I only managed to wear the pants once in this time frame) the cargo pants the pockets tear leaving holes. Then they offered me a $10 AUD credit to buy more faulty products. Don’t buy from them

Placed an order and waited weeks, not receiving anything, not even confirmation or shipping email I thought I actually forgot to order. I then placed another order, again only receiving confirmation on the website but no email. Waiting and never got my order. Contacted customer service and they asked for order number to verify, but I told them I didn't receive confirmation email but asked of they could see if my email was used in an order. Nothing.

Placed an order weeks ago and have not received a response from company regarding the shipping status. Would not recommend using this site again.

I don't know if this is a front or some type of scheme for something? They make it incredibly hard to return anything - takes days to get a response and I've requested a phone number (which you need to be able to the post to China) and they don't have one. SO DODGY. Do yourself a favour and do not purchase anything from here - you will regret it.

Really disappointed with this brand. The material feels extremely thin and cheap. The activewear is not compressive or supportive at all and it shows every undergarment line, which makes it uncomfortable and unflattering to wear.
The customer service and returns process made the experience even worse. Returning items is a complete headache because everything has to be shipped back to China at your own expense, which ends up costing even more money. The process is frustrating, time-consuming, and not clearly explained anywhere. It feels like they make returns intentionally difficult to discourage customers from sending items back.
Overall, poor quality products combined with terrible customer service. I definitely would not purchase from this brand again and would advise others from purchasing from this brand.

Returning my items was inconvenient and expensive. I was very dissatisfied with how much I paid, and I found it funny that they ask if you want to tip them after purchasing on their website. Overall, I was not happy with my experience with this store.
