They are basically a ponzi scam. At first you'll get paid but after you've been with them for a while, they will suspend your account for no reason and refuse to pay you. Their games have impossible goals to meet and their surveys disqualify you after you spend like 20 minutes on them. It's a big waste of time.
Also their customer support is a joke. Stay away from them. There are better ways to make cash online.

Very poor experience with Swagbucks. I'd earnt 2100 points with them through surveys before they suspended my account without warning. I contacted them and they said they needed to verify my ID. I follow the process for doing this.

They then decide to close my account as I apparently 'violated their user conduct requirements'. I'd always answered the surveys honestly and only when I had the time to do them properly.

I challenged their decision and simply get a response that the case is closed and the decision is final. No answers to my questions and no clarification. AVOID them like the plague!

SwagBucks - Scammers , Stay Far away from This App they will Take your Funds andsuspend your account . Fake Verification steps to Steal your personal data , any sight or app that make you do to many verification steps stay away from.

SwagBucks ID And selfi Verification links suck it never open my account , There customer service is so bad as well every time I completed the verification step with in 24/7 I let customer service no and they keep spaming with The complete verification link.

Repeated occasions of not crediting my account correctly, and disqualifying me from surveys AFTER I have completed them (to avoid rewarding me), and then I discovered today that they have suddenly suspended my account!!!
Doubt they will respond to my email, especially as I can see from other reviews that this a regular occurrence, but I will update you all.
Very scammy behaviour! I have done nothing that would warrant an account suspension, and I always complete surveys fully and carefully. Don't know how they get away with such behaviour repeatedly

Why is it that all but one survey site that I have tried this far will let you get your first $5 to $15, cash out seamlessly, then BLOCK you from earning anything more. Every, single, survey kicks you out! You may be able to get a survey at .05 cents that takes 17 MINUTES to complete! Who wants that? SCAM!

Great app!!! . Would recommend if you want to make easy and fast cash just by playing games and some surveys.

Value for money

If I could rate a zero I would, do not waste your time I have worked so long trying to earn some extra cash for my family and just when I'm about to cash out they deactivated my account for no reason and when I tried to contact them they do not respond, now I will most likely get a responds saying to contact their help, don't bother, I already have so many times, what a joke of a company taking advantage of people.

Was a great site for a handful of months until I suddenly got walled by Swagbucks begging me to upload biometric data to login with no opt-out. Suspiciously right after I cashed out a gift card, meaning what I earned (along with the entire Swagbucks website) is entirely unreachable unless I upload my sensitive data to the Internet. Is giving my identity to Persona, a Founders Fund invested company which sends your IDs and selfies to ICE to further citizen surveillance, really worth a $20 Amazon gift card? Incredibly disappointed.

Can’t be trusted! I built up some healthy rewards and when I went to login to cash out, my account was mysteriously suspended. I reached out to support and they told me it was suspended for suspicious activity. I did everything legit. I asked for details and a review of my account and now they refuse to respond. They make it sound good until it’s time to pay out, then screw you over!

I have been using Swagbucks for a few years now and it’s fun to use and you earn money. I love it and I recommend it if you’re looking for a way to earn money.

I completed a survey that took me 15 minutes and then at the end it said participants no longer needed for the study. So why was it still listed? Why am I wasting my time?

Better Business Bureau (BBB): Search for Prodege, LLC in Redondo Beach, CA. Prodege actively responds to official BBB filings because it affects their corporate accreditation. 
Federal Trade Commission (FTC): File a report directly at ⁠reportfraud.ftc.gov⁠ detailing unpaid labor, missing rewards, or account lockouts.
State Attorney General: Submit a consumer complaint to the Attorney General's Office of Consumer Protection in your state thats my review. Come to America and get away fraud ,scams, apps do this all the time. And have the ordasity to commit on any review knowing how you really perform and scam people... 🤔. have know simpaphy on your companies actions to keep or give 1 point maybe 2 points if you completed half the surveys.and get booted out but 👋 it's all good ,and messaging Customer Service with replys 30 days later ok sure thing I can't wait to do one more the 16th times and get that explanation this time One person won't change anything , my situation was not solved points vanished twice and Swagbucks gets the 👑. Deleted

Worst experience. No valuable pay for the effort and time. A waste of my time here.

Very shady company. Tried to cash out and couldnt. Asked to change toa different email as I wanted to consolodate my emails and now their asking for very sesitive details with very questionable names. SO Ive wasted my time and cant get paid. Complete waste of 2 years of my time. Company needs to be shut down. Reported to Citizens advice and Trading standards. THIEVES. AVOID!!!

used this site now cant withdraw because i need to add goverment id because i put in the wrong phone number and its common sense not to put your gov id in sites

Swagbucks is tantamount to a bait & switch scheme. Every email sent to me by this company promises a certain amount of SW bonus points for joining but in the end I received 50 bonus points (not 500 and certainly not the 1000 they offered me in today's email). So I started completing surveys untill I had the 500 points that every other survey company requires you to cash out and receive you gift card. Now SW doesn't mention this but SW requires 1500 points the first time you want to withdraw funds. And then they require you to send a photo ID which you can only do through your on board video recorder or by scanning a QR code and giving them access to your phone. I take surveys at other survey sites and they all want access to your phone, your phone is a cash cow.... And maybe its okay for kids in high school or college but its not okay once you have a life/career that you don't want to loose. So after earning up 800 plus points, I'm stuck. These people got the best of me and I am not happy about it.

Stole my money, this place banned my account for no reason. This is straight up fraud
