Survey was not complicated and straightforward. Questions were precise and easily responded too. Some questions were a little sensitive but on the whole okay.

Everything is good. But the reward didn't get instantly. I redeemed NTUC $10 voucher but still haven't get it yet. So if we can get the reward could instantly, it would be a definite 5 stars
