The design is clear, and the user experience is good. I'm still can't use in full potential.

I've used prolific for a few years, and always had great experiences until recently. In the past 24 hours I've had seven scam/suspicious studies show up. All practically identical - paying around £2 for 'testing an app'. These studies take your bank details and charge you money, something they are absolutely not allowed to do. I've reported every one but still every time I log in there's another - they're the only studies I'm getting now. I've tried chatting for help but you can't speak to an actual person and the AI chat bot is useless. Reporting hasn't stopped these studies, nor has Prolific's supposed security measures. I was told I'd be emailed directly but received nothing. I'm now starting to feel like this has been taken over by malicious 'researchers' all requiring bank details and money. If it's not addressed quickly, I don't feel I'll have much choice other than to stop using Prolific as I cant trust the studies.

I've used this site for a while it's 100% legit and actually pays you a reasonable amount for your time.

Love the difference varieties of studys, instant payments on most, and within couple days on all no matter the research company, they do a great job taking care of you.

It is great, user friendly.

Prolific is probably the best, most trustworthy and reliable survey site to crowdsource/work with. They protect your data/anonymity from day one, and advise you to not share personal contact/identifiable information about yourself. They give you a code, as well as an email based through the site.

Once you hit $6, you can cash out instantly. It may take a few days for the researchers to approve payments, but that’s on the researchers and NOT Prolific.
Overall it’s a good way to make some extra pocket cash in your free time, and can potentially be lucrative if you put the time in.

I liked Prolific when I first started using it and then they ended up kicking me off without giving me an actual reason and I’ve tried messaging and communicating with them and nothing has been solved so no I don’t really respect them for the fact that they can’t even respond to people.

Prolific is the best site for it is nothing better.
