I ordered perfume and make payment…
I ordered perfume and make payment successfully on 17/4/2025. I received notification that they sent my order on 22/4/2025 on Postnord app … until today 5/5/2025 it’s still under transport and still in Sweeden. I wrote for customer service and they told me try to contact Postnord or Qliro … they just totally don’t care what I meant ??? If I paid and the product not come to me , so they need to have responsibilities for that .. I said I don’t want the product and can they call the transport company in Sweeden to stop the package? The only answer is can’t cancel and sorry ! Iam so disappointed about their customer service !
